Probably just an oversight. Pretty sure it's going to get nerfed, because it's too strong and it's stupid to have stronger spells by not leveling them since you can't go back
@@fn1659 because the stun only triggers inside the aoe of sandstorm tha aghs upgrade only determines frequency of the stun to trigger so if the area is bigger the more places the stun could go so by not leveling the sandstorm and maintining a low aoe you increases the consistency of the stun hitting the enemy inside the sandstorm
@@myonionsmatter7843 The Burrowstrike-desnity-function aka BDF is proportional to r^2 where r is the radius of your w. r is Element of {425,500,575,650} game units (if not upgraded) and thus BDF ~ {180625, 250000, 330625, 422500}. This means that with lvl 4 w you have about a 42% less chance to hit an Aghs Burrowstrike, if we assume the probabillity is direclty proportional to the BDF aka BDF ~ p. Coincidence its 42%?! I think not! Does that satisfy your standarts Mr picky picky? :^)

@@maca9095 I think you missed the point. If you keep sandstorm at level 1, it will most likely stun lock enemies in the affected area, since that area is smaller at level 1. So it's even better in team fights, cause it can keep stunning more enemies
@@pepeg1954 so? Then Echo slam and ravage are useless cause enemies are not sticking every fight? Force staff can target any stunned hero (beside chrono and bh) so I don't even know what's the point in mentioning it. The strat is legit and has been tested by high immortals. Be it used on one or more enemies, it seems like it's viable and sometimes pretty good
they nerfed all stuns so you can play your hero, but od astral didnt get nerfed, the spell that literally makes you wanna quit the game when casted on you

Why do you keep complaining about SK's sandstorm as if he need to disable the entire team and kill them before they can run away? Where's your teammates, man… 🤣
It does amaze me not many people have thought of these things, smaller aoe=less places for spikes to spawn, and the chances you hit the same person in max aoe makes it almost safe to just walk right through. Personal favourite is being able to global proc phylactery on people with SB, highly amusing.
Dude that is the first thing that most of people think about, and it is still shitty, cause ther is no space to hide, sups can easily take their allies out with force staff, solo kills pretty possible, but if you have force staff, you don’t need lots of time to get out of there
im thinking about this too when the patch is dropped lmao they give a random aoe stun, so then why level it up to make the skill aoe bigger? that means decrease the chance to enemy get the stun 😂
yo guys i found another bug in this patch, i wanted to build maelstrom and i already have javelin in my item slot, i picked up neut token and i bought mithril hammer (hammer is in my stash not delivered by cour yet), the bug is after i choose my neut item, my maelstrom suddenly magically built without needing to wait my cour to deliver the mithril hammer first. this is not insanity. I watched it, and laughed. I got worse. Way, lot, worse. For almost a full minute. Match id : 7122530593 minute 44:00. Look at undying. Yes, that's me. I think there are even some other occurences during that game, but this one made me laugh, even if i was the victim because of the whole duration. This video isn't anything in comparison.
