Fantastic pal, good to see your season off and running. Fairly knocking them out of the sky, mate. That goose there was a brucie bonus of a great flight. Just wondering where you got the carlson cremator chokes been looking in the UK but cannot find anywhere that sells them.
Thanks for the kind words. I got the Carlson chokes used off the Pigeon Watch forum. The mid range was the only used one. The long range was completely unused thankfully!
Finally you were able to go out for hunting 🎉 is it the first year that appears this bad grass in the water? By the way it's a good result of day!! What's the exact number and type of ducks you got?
Hehe algae is only in the grass as the lough level rose and it left the algae in the grass after it lowered again. I got 5 mallard two gadwall and a greylag goose.
Good to see your back at it i'm pretty sure the colder it gets that it kills off the algae i'm thinkin about gettin one of those cameras are they hard to set up.Looks like ya body shot that first goose pretty good he'll die eventually they are hard to drop if ya don't get a wing sometimes.Good thing you did have the 3rd shell its a great option lol good thing we invented it on our side of da pond..After watchin your vids the last couple of seasons i got my self a 20ga o/u i love it for rabbits and grouse. Its some good to be out thou enjoy your season.
Thanks Billy- yep, John Moses certainly was on to a winner with the semi auto! Shotkam is easy enough to set up - its all done through an app on your phone and the camera creates its own WiFi connection meaning you don't have to use expensive data or have to be in range of a tower. They aren't cheap but hopefully it gives a bit extra to the videos.
