I feel the same. If he can make a livable wage off of his new/old music, what matters more than NECESSARILY? I’d be happy knowing my musical tracks can retire me at 20 lol
@@T.Maximus Yeah "around" 25. Some folks say late 20s, others say early 20s. Doesn't seem like there's a definitive answer for that one as everyone has different biological factors
It’s really sad if you think about it. Because at one point he was on top of the world, making hits and had people talking about him but ever since his fanbase got older, his label dropping him and people deciding to stop caring was pretty much the start of his downfall. He’ll definitely never reach that peak again cause back then SoundCloud rap was poppin and the antics he pulled off got him viral. If he tried doing that today, he’ll just get clowned like usual. Just goes to show that no matter how big you get in the music industry, your career can easily fall to the ground
@@haley-lq4ou hey I’m just saying that Pump could never reach the peak he had back in 2017 even if he tried. I never said he wouldn’t be successful anymore cause I know he’s still popular, people just don’t listen to him anymore
i remember seeing pump live wayyy back when at a show in hartford connecticut pre gucci gang. He showed up late, performed 2 songs, got a water bottle thrown at him and stormed off stage and ended the show early. True story. this must have been around 2016 ish.
Damn I remember when Lil Peep & Lil Pump were trying to get in XXL freshmen class. They tired to get into the 2017 list, but didn’t. & Peep ended up passing away, & Pump made it to the 2018 XXL freshmen list
But for sure he is one of the pioneers of SoundCloud rap scene ⚔️ And brotha thumbnail is too much catchy, improving 📈 I'll be a rapper soon & would work with you for sure...
honestly in my opninion Lil Pumps main problem was not evolving as an artist. When he had his comeup he brought a fresh wind into the scene, something new. But eventually this got old and he couldnt really develop into anything more than that and that is when he stopped growing his audience and started to lose people.
lil pump had a concert in mongolia last year. growing up during the soundcloud era and having my friends meet lil pump where we live is something i still cant fathom.
17 is not ur mf peak in my opinion, i was literally fucked up on shit at that age wishing i could find anybody that could b relatable but even a few yrs later im still tryna find my peak
Tbf me and my homies use to fuck with his music and a lot of times, we saw Lil Pump as one of the few rappers of his time who actually blew up, as where other rappers either passed away due to overdose or they became irrelevant and faded out. I would say we were around the ages of 17 and 18, before Lil Pump and 21 Savage I was into drill music or stuff from Texas or even Migos and Gucci Mane. Overall, I still feel that Lil Pump is relevant, as his music is bringing in 3M or 4M, I mean it's nothing comparable to Gucci Gang brining in 1B views, but every artist has that one hit that can't be surpassed. Kayne West to this day still tries to surpass his "Graduation" album, but he frustrates himself because it can't be surpassed, and Kayne is in the top 10 for most streamed artist right now. Also, other rappers like Trippie Red aren't even on Lil Pumps level, so that should speak volumes as to who in Lil Pump generation of rappers is even on his level? At this point, Lil Pump still has the fanbase and the clout that he needs to make a comeback, but imo his music could evolve a bit and his style was perfect for 2016-2020, but as long as he grows as a rapper and makes some changes, I believe he can thrive within the rap game once again.
@@XxSTACKxX I remember a video we’re a young lil jay before the Wierdo stuff he said it like the way pump says it with an E esketit. And another dude who was doing put ‘em in a coffin ⚰️ challenge in Chicago also he would say it with an E also. Dude would walk into a store an say “esketit, put em in a coffin”
