There aren't many hotkey I use. Mostly F1-F3 for the build menu and 1-6 to select the appropriate unit from that build menu. Furthermore I use ctrl + a very often after having selected one aircraft to select all the aircraft of that type.
@@prg Thank you for explaining that. I was confused as well. Strange how the color is confusing. I think it is a sub-optimal design choice to allow the same color as the mining surface all be it a different texture.
The eggs contain a lot of creeper and explode and release that creeper once they are out of creeper for a few seconds or when they are shot by a sniper. They can be a real pain once a few of them get behind your defenses or when lots explode at the same time!
If eggs are on shields they won’t release creeper when sniped. Unfortunately this requires you to be able to get close enough to place shields on them in the first place which is harder to do than just sniping them from a distance and using mortars/bombers to deal with the creep
