Cooking recipe and ingredients:
180 gr. (6 ounces) dates.
Top up with cold water for 15 minutes.
90 gr. (3 ounces) oatmeal.
Grind in a blender.
Remove the center of the dates.
Add 1 pinch of salt.
1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
2 tablespoons peanut mixture.
Grind in a blender.
Roll out the dough.
150 gr. (5 ounces) dried apricots.
Top up with cold water for 15 minutes.
60 gr. (2 ounces) peanuts.
50 gr. (1.8 ounces) hazelnuts.
Fry in a frying pan.
Place dried apricots in a blender.
Add some Jerusalem artichoke syrup.
Grind in a blender.
Pour the mixture onto the dough.
Add nuts.
Place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
90 gr. (3 ounces) sugar-free dark chocolate.
Melt in a water bath.
Add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil.
Mix.
90 gr. (3 ounces) sugar-free white chocolate.
Add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil.
Mix.
Decorate with chocolate.
Place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
