I purchased mine a few days ago and I have been nothing but impressed!! I have 18 Bluetooth speakers ( JBL, Soundcore,Altec Lansing,LG,Sony, W-King, House of Marley,Sharp, Tribit and Fluance) The Detroit has quickly taking the number one spot among my speakers. I didn't expect so much audio power from a mid-size speaker, the scale of sound from the speaker and it's Fidelity is very impressive, it outperforms my sound core motion x600 with its special audio for clarity and definition in the mid-range and high frequencies and it has the bass impact of My Tribit Storm box blast. I know most people don't think of Klipsch for Bluetooth speakers because they occupy the home theater scene among audio files but, if you're looking for a portable Bluetooth speaker with powerful dynamic sound and long battery life in a small package the Klipsch Detroit is spectacular!!

you for bringing the reviewed one, I was looking forward to it. I'll ask you which portable speaker you recommend to use to watch movies that sound cool preferably and music, but the use I'm going to give it is more connected to the PC or TV and I also want to be able to take it anywhere. side I had first thought about move 2, which is stereo but it won't be very big. but the detroit middleton marshall x600 soundcore or wait for the bose soundlink max and finally the bose sound flex but it is mono I hope you can help me and thank you

Detroit, because it will be the closest to sound and loudness as a soundbar but will also sound great for music!

The Klipsch Detroit is twice the price of the Klipsch Nashville but is it worth the extra cost? I'm mostly concerned about sound quality - clarity, bass, treble that is not harsh or brittle, sound separation, warmth, etc.

yeah i mean its like 3 times the size and sounds better, its just not as portable and the Nashville is cool because it has speakers on both sides!

Not sure if it's your mic but apart from those keyboards the rest is either muffled or highly pitched.. i think the minirig 4 in 2.1 sound better or the Edifier D32 has way more clarity and sound stage.

Its probably mic related, remember your never going to get an exact idea of how the speaker will sound over a compressed youtube video, also not to mention some people watch the videos through stereo speakers, their tv, $50 earbuds, or even $600 headphones. The best sound test is hearing it right in front of you, I just like to include it for the people who don't have access to a retailer that would have that option.

Two completely different speakers. ones a boombox karaoke speaker and one is a more classic stereo speaker. I personally would lean more towards the Detroit!

If you’re looking for an indoor speaker, sure. If you’re looking for an outdoor speaker, the Boom2 makes more sense, especially at the price of $129.99.

What I like about the detroit is how crisp it sounds. Does not struggle with bass or clarity!
