My family vacationed there in the 1950s and early 60s before buying a home on the beach I Capistrano in ‘63 Best memories of my life.

One of the greatest place to grow up during the 60’s and 70’s, love CdM, it was almost a utopian existence. @0:35 is what used to be Irvine Coast CC, which is now Newport Beach CC. @14:25 That house is how China Cove got its name.

I am writing a Breakfast Club inspired story set in 1986 Newport Beach and I wish there was more footage of the area.
