This album has Mike's nastiest vocals. The intense highs and pig squeal lows make Plagues one of their most unique and potent albums. Transit Blues is their best vocal album in recent years imo.

I remember listening to this when it came out in 2007 when I was 19 and living in my parents basement still. I'm 35 now. Where did the time go? 😂 Thanks to help from these guys and other Christian bands like them, including some amazing family, friends, and scriptures, I ripped myself free from a dark road I stumbled and crawled down for many years. When I was at my lowest, I bared my soul open in total humility and asked God Almighty for help. I felt him reach down inside me and fill my spirit with infinite strength and energy -- a literal infinite wellspring of life. I grabbed onto Him and never let go. On that day I quit everything cold turkey after a decade of drug and alcohol addiction. This year I am 10 years sober from alcohol, hard drugs, and cigarettes. Thank God I am alive to write this message and somehow have the most beautiful wife , farm, animal sanctuary, and life imaginable. All praise and glory be to God Almighty. I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me. I'm going to hope for you, I'm going to pray for you amongst the wreckless and the black. Salvation lies within.

As a ten-year old hearing this in 2007, I thought this song was the scariest crap I ever heard.. Then shortly after, I found myself with a strange addiction to the video and metal in general lol, so big thanks to TDWP! Without them I'm afraid to think what I might be listening to in the present day..

Went from skating, shows, piercings and big hair to a college student who is about to graduate and be a teacher. I will show the kids the way (maybe...or just teach them in general lol). Became a fan last year. Sadly I'm a senior in high school. My parents didn't let me listen to this music until Freshman year of high school. But now I listen to tons of metal bands. Including TDWP. They kick ass.

Back when TDWP was still good and blowing up, overshadowing UnderØath, other Metalcore and Deathcore bands were peaking and loving Core music with your friends wearing all black and having long jet black hair was the shit. My, my has time passed by quickly. Here's to all the fans of this music from the time this video was first released up until the Zombie EP. Old school Core bands will always live in people's hearts. Fast forward many years and your music taste has changed as well as yourself and you look back and remember how good times were. Not that there aren't any good times NOW.. The generational shift and change of society over the past decade has brought about a lot of new things and character within people quicker than ever seen before.

Something about the timing of the body motion right after the riff at 2:59 is super dope. The guitars and bass in the background rising up with Mike going down has some awesome motion.

These years were the best, 33 now and still listen to them almost everyday and hits me in the feels every time. Sorting out my top 8. Doing HTML MySpace code. Changing my page background music daily. First person my freshman year to wear skinny jeans and got made fun of every damn day. Then by senior year half my class wearing them. Lip piercings. Red streaks in my hair and straighteners. Studded belts. Working part time and had all the money you’d need. Fuck take me back.

The memories that TDWP brings to all of us who were part of that scene and they together with the other bands will never forget it!.

Suddenly I miss this type of bands!! Listening to this brings me the nostalgia of how easy life was back then. I remember how easy was to make music, just grab your guitar and make noise. Now I see how creative we were back then.
