Hello you are adorable! I'm old and not so adorable. I've been following Kryolan for years and have been afraid to purchase anything because I'm never sure what product to try (so I don't) however, I have just ordered the Trio, because of your fab vid!!! I will also try the olive oil trick. Up until a few years ago I had super oily skin (maybe a blessing, in hindsight) so I've gravitated towards some of the new'ish products. I'm going to share them with you, just in case any hit the spot for you to try or for others with mature skin. Go-to moisturizer is Jouviance SOS Skin Rescue. I use it always. It's supposed to be for periodic use, maybe my skin is always in crisis. Doesn't matter. For a base I use smashbox Photo Finish. Don't care about the silicone, and only for special occasions. For foundation I use a combo of GOSH Foundation Drops, it's slightly "oily" but I'm slightly crepey around eyes. I haven't found a foundation I stick with, so it varies. For the summer I am in love with Quo Ethereal Mousse. It's very lightweight, and I blend the colours. Sometimes Dermablend (heavy duty) or Maybelline Dream Velvet, semi-matte. For cheeks, either Quo Blush Duo (pink) 'it' cosmetics ombre radiance, it's really a no-brainer for blending or Hard Candy super pink with a graduated white frosted highlighter. My most recent find that I adore is Dermablend loose translucent setting powder in white. Again, old, so I don't care about silicone or talc. I'm not bathing in it. I smoke and use a microwave. Always living on the edge. Hard Candy has a nice little powder compact for eyebrows, very reasonably priced, and that's what I've been using since my eyebrows fell out. (That's another story) It comes with a highlight and wax too. Tho your friends product looked great. I fell in love with Navy Blue mascara (L'Oreal and others) way back when the earth was flat and I was in my 20's. Then they ALL stopped making it. Recently, I've been reunited through Lise Watier. That is the only brand I've been able to find that makes a beautiful deep navy blue, in a non-clumping formula. (I like the business card trick, ty) Hard Candy also has a nice purple mascara, for fun. For lips, that's a crapshoot. I try a lot of brands for liner, lipstick, stain and plumper. The liner I like the best, that stays in place, for the 'nudie' colour you recommend is Annabelle Big Show Gel, 'Meet Rosie' is the shade. And for a plumper (sorry, even the tricks sometimes don't work with thin lips) my #1 fav is Smashbox O-PLUMP Intuitive Lip Plumper. If you have found or can recommend eye shadow, that's not metallic or matte, somewhere in between, that doesn't cake or bunch in wrinkles, I'd love to hear about it. I've given up looking. I will be shopping the NYX section the next time I am out for lip and eye liner. I don't FB, so thank you for taking the time to do the video. I've subscribed here and bookmarked your website. You are soooo super cool!! Yea, it IS a blessing having oily skin - mine seemed to dry up and that olive oil trick is great - AND I also FINALLY came out with my skin care cream based around all these hydrating organic oils which you might REALLY like as well.
