4:25 to 4:33, I wish more people understood this. This is the exact struggle I go through every day since birth and I hate being like it. I get treated harshly for meltdowns because they treat them like tantrums. I've even had a doctor call his nurse to come laugh at me and humiliate me during one (more on the crying spell area at that time). And I know they think it's a tantrum not just by those actions, but they legitimately say things like 'this don't get you your way'
