💥💥 Doesn’t the aging/oxidized stage damage the nutritional value of the wheat.?? I thought that when all foods are exposed to oxygen it destroys their nutritional value.

Cite sources or stop posting hearsay. It causes division, doubt and should be labeled misinformation. Atleast include antedotal evidence instead of pretending to know it all
I don't know. I'm just starting my research into the bleaching process. If you hear me make a claim, I'm going to have sources and evidence to back me up. Without this careful attention to detail, we are not making progress, but contributing to the chaos of the internet

While it may indeed be to extend shelf life, lazy is not really the right word. The question is how much chlorine gas or peroxide ends up in the final product and whether these chemicals damage the gut, our ability to absorb nutrients, and/or further contributes to a sickening population
