hey we looking for condos in bronx nyc cash tho if it’s about 800-1000 sf but I wanna know what the average of monthly maintenance and what the average of rent if I wanna rent it to make money ? like how I much I can collect monthly clear if you can help me , thx

Great video, seems like a co-op is kind of a pain. I think I would personally just look for condos. Everything is faster and I just wouldn't do well with the co-op board interview.

Im confused as to where you stand in a coop. So do you or do you not own the apartment? Given 3:20 - 3:28

Hi Kev Man! With a co-op you don’t own the specific unit, you own shares of the corporation that owns the building. I understand it can be a bit confusing.

The New York City Broker haha definitely. Trying to figure out how to purchase the apartment im in given thats a new development in a hot location that shows without a doubt investment opportunity. But I want to know that if the community is available for coop, how am i able to do 3:20 - 3:28 ? Since its technically not my unit.

Sadly you didnt mention more information about Real Estate Taxes & the Common Charges for the Condo's. People would love to know, but you didnt mention specifics or at the very least a ball park of what to expect regarding the amount. Ill keep searching RU-vid for more information, since your video lacked much of it. thanks.
