Jenna literally makes me so happy. She is herself in all of her videos, her and Julien are always so down to earth and amazing. She never clickbaits, she does exactly what the title says, and she apologies for things that most people wouldn't care to apologize for. She never gets in real drama, her and Jack had "drama" as a joke. She is successful, but never flexes it all over the internet, her nice house is the backround of her silly videos, while others make their nice house the subject of the video. I just love her so much and I'm so grateful for her.

The big difference between her and many other RU-vidr is that: - She doesn’t brag about how much of a good person she is. You have people like Gabbie Hanna and Jake Paul who won’t shut up about how much of a nice person they are. And we can clearly see that they are so fake. -She can accept that she was wrong and she took full responsibility without trying to hide what she did wrong while many other RU-vidr only care about making themselves look perfect and trying hard to protect their image. Which is ironic because it just make them look worse. -She actually listen to people’s criticism and not passing it off as “haters”. Most famous RU-vidrs are so high on popularity that they think that they can do no wrong or they can get away with it because they are famous. So when a person tries to give them legit criticism, they ego is too fragile to take it. A lot of RU-vidrs really need to learn a lot of things from her.
I don’t watch Jenna but you can tell she’s a great genuine person. But I especially agree with you when you talked about good ppl exploiting the thing they do. I feel like if your an actual good person you don’t really showcase it and you let your actions speak instead of your words. Sadly that’s not always how it works and Jenna is fully aware of that. That’s why she is so humble and she is happy to be in the place she is in. She is fortunate to have been successful because many people try to be themselves or do what they truly love but end up going no where and it’s sad because all the people who give in and hop on to trends, and start drama are the ones who become successful. Superwoman, the Paul brothers, SSSniperwolf, and many others are so full of themselves and they come off as fake and artificial. Soon the public will realize it especially when they try to become successful out of RU-vid like Lily Sign who is struggling to keep her show afloat.

the reason jenna’s so loved (i’m saying this as a jenna fan) is because she doesn’t fake anything. the titles of her videos aren’t false or outrageous, they’re what the video is actually about. she’s hilarious, humble, and such a sweet and genuine person. 💕

I think she meant it is surprising, because she often *acts* immature in her videos. She usually shows her crazy fun side, but her reflections show there's a lot of maturity behind that.
Changed behavior is about one of the most important apologies somebody could offer. Jenna's past doesn't define who she is now and it is clear that she has definitely grown over the years. What's important is that she has addressed the issue very maturely, removed any offensive content, and took responsibility without guilt tripping. The whole point about calling someone out is giving them the opportunity to do better and improve for everyone's sake.

One of my favorite things about Jenna is how, with every one of her videos, I've never once found myself turning it off to do something else. Jenna's videos are something I can play, whether I'm on a long drive home or doing chores around the house. She just creates wholesome, fun content that I can enjoy no matter what.

I really miss Jenna, she kept me going through my best and worst since she started her channel, she and I are the same age bar a few months. I feel like I’ve grown up alongside her. When she was partying and getting drunk, so was I. When she started to settle into her early thirties, so did I. I now have a child, a home, a shelter cat and a fiancé, in that order of importance lol! But, she always gave to us, and I have to respect the fact that she needs to give to herself and take some time away for a bit, or forever. To be fair, the internet is crazy right now, the whole world is crazy right now so maybe sit tight as you are for a bit. We love you Jenna xxx

I remember the video when jenna and jullien took one of the dogs (can't remember which one) to have a photo with santa, and they met a little boy who was actually also a youtuber. The boy politely approached jullien and asked was he also a youtuber. Jullien being very humble and said yes, then the little boy asked how many subscriber did he have? Jullien, again, being very humble answer "a few". He could have been bragging about his amount of subsribers let alone jenna's. But instead, THEY GAVE HIM A SHOUTOUT. And that little boy made a video about meeting Jenna and Jullien and expressed how thankful and happy he was. That is the type of content I was looking for. I'm all for jenna and jullien. Love them so much!!
