For example I don’t think the prayer you do and the prayer I do is exactly the same (idk where you come from but I come from Turkey) because everyone follows a different Madhhab. For example if you are from Arabic countries you are probably (with highly chances) handbali maddhab. I follow Hanafi maddhab which is very common in Turkey. In Indonesia they usually follow Shafi Maddhab and Maliki maddhab in Africa.

Sufism was not regarded as a sect or a belief restricted to a group of people, until wahabis branched out of the sunnis and started masquerading as sunnis while they are wahabi extremists. There's a lot of confusion out there as to who is sunni because of them impostor sunnis( wahabis) calling themselves sunni, and so sufis had to call themselves sufis just to differentiate from the impostor sunnis (wahabis).
