He's not though. The gods have rules they must follow they can't fully submit mortals, and they have to let everything flow naturally and only appear when necessary. Trunks actively breaks the rules set in place by the gods for there to be natural order, he's the main reason, Goku Black existed and that resulted in his timeline being erased. The Gods are there to allow the world to progress Naturally, most of the negatives that happen in the world are because of the mortals with egos the size of a planet.

Gohan black wouldn’t be considered a villain but an antagonist. The videos I have seen suggest he sees flaws in mortals and wants to kill them off and start from scratch. Gohan black believes what he is doing is the right thing to do. Kind of like dragonball’s Thanos.

He had no choice. Beerus wasn't doing his job. He was sleeping. Mortals such as frieza, cell, and buu are supposed to be erased from existence by a god of destruction to maintain a good mortal level. Sadly, all of the gods of destruction are lazy, selfish, and entitled.

@AllMight6 Frieza is one of the biggest reasons why the mortal level of universe 7 is soo low. Frieza rules most of universe 7 and causes high quality mortals to lose their lives to frieza and his egocentric empire. A god of destruction is supposed to get rid of mortals like frieza since frieza makes universe 7 worse in the eyes of zeno. Beerus was kinda using frieza as a stand-in for himself. Frieza destroys many planets, so beerus won't have to do it himself. That's why he ordered frieza to destroy planet vegeta and let him rule for decades so the universe will still have somewhat of a god of destruction since there's not many mortals near the level of frieza's power.

Though Joey did beat odion by ploy because they both got struck by lightning in an Odion win more play bootleg ra move (under marik's orders to keep the Ra disguise) that provoked the real Ra. Oddly enough, Joey would've lost vs Odion but would've won against Marik.

I get it but still I can’t help but feel like it’s all his fault at least the first Goku to fight zamazu who had no real reason to fight and Got his body stolen and his family Slaughtered and also the reason I say first Goku is because we see that the present Goku helping trunks fights zamazu a “second” time although it’s confusing since in the past or other timeline he dies.Let me know if I got this wrong but anyways from my perspective All it would’ve taken Goku would be some self restraint and we kinda see this again with the whole Zeno ordeal although we later find out that Zeno was gonna be erasing out the universes out of existence anyways but yeah I don’t know 🤷 although at the same time I can’t blame Goku for not knowing but still man this got me having mixed feelings to be honest

@@Turbocharged200All Goku wanted was a simple sparring match, nothing more, it wasn’t to maliciously hurt Zamasu in any way. It was Zamasu that got butt hurt over the whole thing. Zamasu was a grown man(despite having the maturity of a child) and had complete control over his own actions, nobody forced him to kill his master and the other gods and commit mass genocide in an attempt to eliminate all mortals from existence. He had everything going for him; being a capable fighter in his own right and was going eventually become an official Supreme Kai but threw his future away for such a petty reason. Goku is in no way shape or form responsible for how Zamasu acted.

@EmreRathore yes all of that is a consequence of his actions. But it was consequences that they just talk about as if they’re well known crimes. Trunks did not know about the mechanics and consequences of time travel, and you would think that if something like time travel is that big of a taboo you’d think the Kais would be a little more aware of when such a thing was about to be breached. If being able to travel through time is supposed to be such an affronted of the gods. Shouldn’t they have been a little more aware of if somebody tries to use time travel? Besides, Zamasu is only using that as an excuse. That’s all it’s ever been an excuse that he uses to allow his genocidal actions. Never mind that he would’ve never truly succeeded in his idiocy anyway. Because he kept prancing around like he was the most important thing when in truth, he was always one sudden appearance of Zeno away from him and whatever universe he’s in getting completely and utterly wiped out. And this isn’t even a Retcon. Zeno is introduced first. So his whole idea of wanting to eliminate all mortals in the universe was always doomed to fail, because as soon as a universe became boring, Zeno would destroy it.

It reminds me of the concept of the dragons from GT which I thought were a really cool concept but terribly executed. The heroes' pasts coming back to haunt them and fighting villains they themselves created.

Vegeta is a better character Dr gero is a better character The androids themselves are better characters especially 16 he the real MVP Future Gohan is a better character as he has to solo 2 stronger opponents for years and yet he never died until years after the fact.... There are plenty of better characters... Hell I would even argue vomi has some of the most potential of any character in the entire show because Goku is the soul reason her son and husband ARE DEAD.... She can be the first character to have motherly rage and be a villain who absolutely deserves to be angry
