The Difficult Life For Students Deep In The Mountains! Philippines 

I didn’t know that there’s now Amazon in the Philippines. Anyway, I clicked on one of the lists and it says that it cannot be delivered to this address.. Am I the only one who has this issue?

@@venussandiego8425 make sure you select the persons name as the shipping address the items they had on there that doesn't ship to their location has been changed to new items

@@ThatPhilippinesLife Lazada & Shopee have to be way better prices than Amazon. I'm in the west and I can easily pull up Lazada & Shopee, but I never thought to use them because I figured it "might" cost a fortune for shipping. I spoke to someone with my cell phone company after hours and he immediately bought something on Shopee that would cost me 9 times more on Amazon for the same product.

They added a few more computers and have at least 3 others purchased after the first one :)

It seems that the people here are the generous one as well. One person seems to have bought several computers to donate !

I added the full address now so you can even use Lazada or Shoppee for those in the Philippines and can save on the shipping that way

Ordinances by Provincial Board are implemented province wide while City or Town Council are just for cities or towns

Lazada doesn't have wishlist you can share I'm told, I've had him double check a couple times now that all items do actually ship to drop off the location, I'll let him know there are still more items that do not. @@nab-88 very true. They buy them everything. If they want a $500 pair of sneakers, they buy it for them. My parents would buy us the $20 one and donate the $50 to charity. Unfortunately it is a selfish world out there.

@@Dan-xx5jq I've seen it first hand especially with single mothers and degenerate delinquent kids they still get spoiled rotten on xmas and birthdays. Never told no, all have phones and tablets before their teen years but still no decent behaviour, respect or gratitude shown.

The people all buying these items are much much more wonderful than I could ever imagine. The school teachers were so afraid they asked for too much, breaks my heart

Keep in mind they have 28.7 million students in public schools many in very remote regions the budget for 2023 was 710.6 billion Pesos that works out to $437 per student for a year out of that comes administration staff, construction of new schools or any public funding of colleges. It's really not that much

Probable minority opinion (AGAIN lol), but I like the openings & videos WITHOUT maps. If one has questions, commenters usually will reply or Michael himself replies & answers any geographical questions. I have some knowledge of Phil, I have been there, but I don’t know the geography well. Only been to Luzon & have learned much geo from TPL. But it isn’t too difficult to look up maps etc…imo. Also, I think it can get a bit like a checklist if all travel vloggers present similarly. I guess I’m a purist, I still sometimes miss the “old” intros with the TPL Phil flag logo & tune. Though this channel is newish, the prior channel with Bianca was around a while-so it has a tradition all ready…lol. Just my opinion. If research shows adding maps would increase subbies to surpass 100k, I will learn to cope with maps in the videos😊
