Why? Its just materialistic shit. If they were 10 dollars you wouldnt care about wearing them. I guess thats what a high price tag does to somebodies mind.
@@bensan2592 Why? Because they don’t cost $10. Could you say anything more moronically obvious? If they were ten bucks of course you wouldn’t worry about getting them dirty, or having them stolen from you, but they aren’t. Why is that hard to understand ? That’s exactly what a price tag does. lol what, shit ain’t that deep
Real talk😁I've seen regular Jordan1s that looked better material wise and color scheme wise... it's just hypebeast like you said ppl are paying that money for that sneaker and its name. I mean for Pete's sake formersimpson said he would have spent the 2200 on them if he had the chance SMH like really bro I didn't think he was a hypebeast like that LOL nothing special about the sneakers
They definitely did way more with these sneakers than a normal J1. From quality, to sole details and swoosh. However, they are far from being $2,000+ retail. Even $800 is a stretch, but the hype will make them a good investment. Unless I'm a Mayweather, or someone rich, they will never go on my feet.
I feel the same as you. I couldn't spend 10k on a sneaker that I am going to wear. They are dope but resell is just way too much. Great review as always!
I mean if you get them for retail and want to wear them you could and still sell them for loads when you wanted to. If they are 10k wearing them liberally probably costs you a couple thousand off the resale price. If they go up for 20k wearing them a lot probably costs you 5k. Key is keeping the outsole icy are re icing it.
Jordan brand should bring out a ‘made in the US’ line, similar to New Balance and produce the retro models but with better materials and craftsmanship, obviously with an increased retail price, say an extra £80 over standard made in China models. Imagine how good they’d be and how many they’d sell..
Dope as hell shoe but could not justify wearing them unless I copped at retail, and it was the nicest day out. More of an art piece than apparel at this price
HIGH TOPS ALL DAY. Listen, I’m with you on both lows and highs, these are more of a collectors piece. Given how expensive they are, no way are these worth wearing, unless you a celebrity or these were gifted 🤷🏿♂️🤷🏿♂️
That BIG Dior logo underneath....NICE 🤔🙄😒 Should have made them LACELESS and HEAT PRINTED DIOR into the TONGUE!! I need to start designing man so many brainwaves. That right crept has paint smudge at base of heel blue splashes onto the white 🤐
I had 21/8500 jordan 1 low drove 10 hours round trip to pick these up. They have the numbers and version on a database so rest assured number 21 was purchased at Beverly Hills and if you own them they are 1000% legit
They just need to make more Jordan 1 highs in good quality. Don’t hate these, but would never buy them at that price. I would get some Italian loafers at 1/4 the price if I felt like dropping big cash on designer shoes.
That's just a silly statement.. Now granted sweat shops in China and Taiwan are nickels and dimes.. so I'm not arguing that point, but no one is clamoring to cobble shoes or seamstress for Dior or LV, they dont make a lot of money...
They're good looking shoes. I love the soles the most, actually, especially because they don't match. But I'm with Buckets lmao, I can't see myself dropping 2 racks on a pair of shoes, nevermind 10. 2 racks, I can redecorate my apartment, get it looking real cute. I can go on a nice vacation, like my trip to Germany was about 2k and I was there for almost two weeks and had the best time. Plus, I'd be so scared to wear them, and I personally buy my sneakers to wear. Like you'd need bodyguards for real, because someone will definitely kill you to get these things off your feet.
you will definitely be able to afford but just remember the important things in life spending over 10k on a pair of shoes is definitely not worth it be smart with your money
VonBeGreat it would be best to buy em now. come the next couple months they’ll be up up and they’ll continue to rise, unless they do a re release which is prolly never gonna happen
My price limit on these would be $200. Thats without taking into account any of the resale or actual retail price. Its a beautiful shoe, but its not worth what its selling for in my opinion.
Amazing review! Really liked it. I personally think these shoes are absolute 🔥. The aesthetics of this shoe are amazing, they are a really clean sneaker. Of course retail price is high let alone resell LOL but overall this shoe is amazing and if it was cheaper I feel as though many people would wear it. Again thanks a lot for the review I loved the camera angles and how you shows the shoe 👌🏾🔥
I think the shoe is super clean. I’m not to crazy about them like everyone else is but I would like to have them in hand to feel the material since it’s high quality leather from Italy
I'm 8k in debt because of Corona BS now. Your videos help me forget about that for a few minutes but when theyre this expensive.. Don't get that feeling lol..
Man, it seems like Mr Foamer is upping his game, hitting all the heat early and reviewing like a champ! So glad I subscribed!!! Keep up the good work homie!!!
*Back in the days* chinese rep factorys used to make wild knockoffs and shit that doesn‘t even exists, like random Nike Yeezy II colorways. Looking at them more & more since release they remind me exactly of that or how mainstream affordable fashion chains or even actual expensive fashion brands sometimes "copy" hyped up kick, make them a bit different but still similiar to the thing from adidas or Nike, except for the fact that they‘re official now. Can‘t be unseen for me when looking at them, still a dope collab and probably a worthwhile financial investment .. in case you‘re wealthy in the first place of course. 😅🙌🏼
Are you really saying that... lol not only they are 10 out of 10 but no even Nike it self never made such a high col-lab possible to be able to play with lux iconic brand such a Dior.. HIGH END ARE NOT PRICE BASED ON GARBAGE HYPE THEY ARE BASED ON QUALITY Let that sink in .....2 this is not some china off white Jordan 1 factory made lol this is Dior air is not even Nike or Jordan even so to speak we call it a collaborations can barely see their name on it.. there will never be such this are and will always be iconic... its not a matter of money its a matter of taste ,experience for winners sophisticated high end that even money can not find and buy and it never did now you pay resell price because they have earn that due to how many were made and its quality and a rare event to have 2 brands in 1 which becomes Dior air .... and no its not about what you can do with your money who cares that's the wrong answer as you put it.... SEE IF YOU stop buying all this garbage over the years and have 1000 of pair of fast fashion like Nike is then you would spot such a quality over quantity and save up to have at least 1 pair to enjoy wearing...
Love this fuckin kick. As a person that wears his kicks i just CANT bring myself to spend even retail. I think putting the retail at 750-1000 and make a couple more would have been the move
I picked up a factory seconds from South East Asia. Just can't justify wearing them. So they will sit in storage for a year or two. Maybe by then I can convince myself to put them on. Very nice and comfortable for sure.
This is what the world has become. We start off with 200 we go to 2000 next will be 10,000. It's a world of exclusivity they did the same thing in poker before the $10,000 Buy in then I was $1000000 buyin now there's a 3 million dollar buyin .
Can't stand all the youtubers now BEGGING for likes at the BEGINNING of the video. If I like it, I'll give you the thumbs up at the end. You gotta put in the work first...
UGLY SHIT! only thing its hyped and people are buying it is because of the resell value and resellers wants to profit from this shoe!!! Bred and Chicago are still the best AJ 1 design ever will be!
