I can’t believe the police asked her to be quiet about this shit I’m so mad. Justin is absolutely guilty. How is there reasonable explanation for blood? Just because there isn’t a body doesn’t mean that it didn’t happen I’m so confused. People get charged for much much less. I enjoyed hearing you talk about a disappearance, it seems like a fresh avenue for you!

Yes. This case is so heartbreaking :(, and also infuriating. I wonder if Justin's mother's sister (the CPS or DHS worker) has had any influence on this case, other than most likely influencing that Justin was able to get custody in the first place. I don't know if any influence she might have would affect the workings of the police investigation though. 🤷‍♀️

I would love it if you would cover my sons murder case. My son, Enrique Rios and his friend Elijah Moore were murdered in 2016. Their murderers are finally behind bars but we havent ever been able to find their remains. I know someone out there has to know where they were left or if David Froste moved their bodies. Supposedly, he borrowed a friend’s truck really late one night and then the next day they took it to get pressure washed. Please help us get the case more coverage.

Thank you so much for for bringing awareness to the disappearance of Ayla! She deserves justice & her mother deserves answers. My ex was childhood friends with Justin and his brother for over 20 yrs and even he thinks Justin is responsible. He is guilty and the adults who were in the home at the time know way more then they are telling! The phone conversation between Justin and 911 is chilling. He’s cold and unbothered..I don’t understand how anyone could sleep at night knowing they had a hand in the disappearance of such a beautiful innocent baby girl 💔 Sending love from Maine 💕

Amazing video! I agree with you 100% about them having wayyy less evidence for other cases and making convictions! The text he sent, the blood evidence, the many cases of Ayla coming back to mom with bruises! I wish she would’ve documented those incidents maybe something could’ve been done. What about the fact that he was seen out in his car at 3am and all the commotion next door? Hopefully in the trial that witness will testify!

I raised 3 babies under the age of 4 and had another son who was 7 when I went into rehab, I was using for over 25 yrs but I have 4 beautiful, loving, respectful successful adults. I never hurt, beat, hit or abused my babies in anyway. Sometimes the pressure of being a mother at 18 with a husband running around with other girls and getting no help at all and trying to deal with a very bad abusive mother who beat me with a board with nails in it and locked in a cold dark basement with no windows and a dirt floor and you start wondering why. I started using to be numb and I took good care of my family so the poor mom trying to do the right thing for her daughter is being punished by monster 🤮

@@Nizhonibearcreek I know both of them. They're both scumbags. It's not like they found a pool of blood. They found bloodstains, which aren't uncommon to find in a house with kids. The amount of nose bleeds and injuries my brothers and I had as children would have people like you thinking there was a massacre if you were to find the bloodstains everywhere.

The day when my daughter’s father refused to tell me where he was taking our daughter- I never let him take my daughter anywhere. He was allowed to see her in my presence, but chose to never do so. To me- the safety of my child is number one priority.

I remember when this happened. I've heard many creators tell her story BUT you threw some curve balls my way. I never knew they found all that blood and I NEVER knew the CPS lady was related to the grandma. That PISSES ME OFF TO NO END!!! That right there should of been a conflict of interest right there. I'm sick and disgusted by CPS. The government needs to clean house in every city and state and fire all these CPS workers and I'm not joking. I can give you 5-7 cases right off the bat from where I live. In the last 2-3 yrs 7 kids have been killed by mom and mom's BF. In ALL these case CPS was involved but did not do their jobs at all. Never as much checked in on them but would lie on paper saying they did do home visits and other things. In these cases most of the fathers, esp in this one case, fought for his daughter like no other father I've seen b4 fight so hard and courts still denied him after all this proof he had. Needless to say our courts denied him and she is now dead. Her father got a law passed in her name. I do believe he also brought a civil case against CPS and an investigation had been opened to investigate CPS

We went through a simular ordeal with our oldest. My husband filed for custody through our lawyer and once bio mom received notice she got on a bus for Arizona. WE live in Michigan. We contacted the police and all they did was call her and tell her to return her. She was missing school and our visits. She came back the day before the court date. They were gone for a month. We received sole custody and I have since then adopted her. That's a good story. I'm sick by ailas story

Lived very close to where this happened. It’s definitely not a high crime area and I felt for Ayla’s Mother as from what I heard from people she was trying to get herself help at the time this occurred to be a better Mother. Ty for bringing much needed attention to this case.

Maine is a mess cps wise. I'm confused on why the cop showed up to take her without a court order? My ex took our 4 yr old and he was an abusive addict. I asked the cops to do a well child check, he literally put the phone down, called him from another phone, laughed, got back on the phone with me and told me my kid was fine. He had just attacked me and had open methadone bottles and a well child check is suppose to be visibly seeing the child. Gotta love maine 🙃

This is a horrible case ! It was obviously the dad smh that coulda been prevented. I woulda been took my daughter back from him the moment I finished treatment, there was no court order for him to have full custody any way. She shoulda went harder sooner, people always wait till it’s too late ! So upsetting.

I don’t know how it is in another families but… mine one my both babies slept with their crib right next to my bed . The only times I check the video monitor is when they have their day nap and I’m not in the room. I just could not sleep without my baby by my side. Not judging but I think babies need their mother smell to feel safe and grow healthy and knowing they are loved.

Yup! I did the same till he was about 8 months old! After that he would wake from us just moving in bed so then we moved him to his own room. My girl is nearly 5 months and still sleeps in her bassinet beside me 🥰 I can't have my baby sleep away from me at such young ages I would be too paranoid! But whatever works for us moms 🤩

It’s time to make a law that requires the social workers to go to jail if something happens to the child they are supposed to look after!!!!!!!!

She didn’t have a formal child visitation order from the court. It was an agreement between her and the baby’s father so she probably could have stopped visitation. But in many cases child custody/visitation agreements are court ordered. So you have no choice but to make your child go. You will be arrested if you don’t allow the other parent visitation.

Sounds like the police dropped the ball on this case. Why didn’t they pressure Justin during questioning to confess? He clearly killed the little girl out of revenge or rage. Should have been and open and shut case.

This is heartbreaking. Ayla should have never left her mother’s custody, her mother was getting help, she was taking actions to make herself better for her children. Ayla was failed by the system. If they had done a tiny amount of research, they would have seen that Justin didn’t care, he claimed she wasn’t his, that should have been enough to say no. Also, if someone is related or a friend they shouldn’t be working on the case, or anywhere near it.

What is happening right now? Are they seriously going to keep this family out in the world to possibly hurt yet another child. I grew up on a farm…l have neutered plenty of piglets….let me catch this man on the streets. What did you do to that baby? I will get the answers real quick. Not sure if you’ll see this comment or not, but PLZ, PLZ look into the case of serial killer Israel Keyes from Anchorage, Alaska! SUCH A CRAZZZZY STORY, back in 2012, it’s mind blowing! His main victim was 18yr old Samantha Koenig & the things he done not only to her, but allll throughout his childhood to adulthood is insane. I’ve only seen 1 other RU-vidr cover this case & that was Christina Randall. PLEASE cover this one. 🤞🏼🙏🏼

I get so pissed when I hear that DHS and the police listen to 1 side of a story and take it as fact, they don't look into anything, she was showing all kinds of red flags of abuse when this pig stepped in the house. When DHS takes kids away it takes yrs sometimes to get them back

They also found a doll with blood smears on it and they believe Ayla used it to try and clean herself up 😭 LE need to grow a pair and take the chance and charge him with neglect and abuse before charging him with murder. Is there even a statue of limitations kn murder? And why would he know that or have any interest in knowing that unless he'd done something?

Her realizing she had a problem and seeking help should have not gotten ayla token away. Now if cps got involved because of drugs ect then I could understand but it was by her own choice. His mom and cps family member has all this done. Now she lost her baby girl.
