Imagine if the drive stored malware and he connected it to other data systems in the organization. Data security is a major issue for IT staff. Had I been on that jury, I would've voted "not guilty", for sure. This is what is called "Prosecution by Character Assassination". When the DA has no Hard Evidence, he unearths every salacious detail in the defendant's life to make them look "Bad Enough" to deserve going to prison, whether or not they actually did the deed at hand. And Naive and Gullible Jurors fall for it quite often. All the claims that he was a "strangler" since age 16 are Pure BS because no charges were ever filed on ANY of them. This trial didn't bring Justice for Kelly. It was more like Urinating on Kelly's Grave. As usual, the Cops framed the "obvious suspect" so that they could hurry up to go eat more Doughnuts, an activity even more important to a Cop than putting the right people in prison.

Would I support them while justice is exacted? Yes. Would I still love them? Probably. If it was something truly horrific, especially hurting a child in any form, I do not know what my feelings would be. I can only imagine how my reactions in this type of situation would be because I've never been through it, but I hope nothing like this ever happens to my family. I think it takes a level of mental illness to commit any crime that irrevocably hurts someone or causes a loss of life, so I would want my child to do serve their time and get mental help. That's what being a parent is... wanting the best for your child, helping them find their way, helping them become healthier. Sometimes becoming healthier hurts. It sucks. But as a parent, I know it would not *help* my child to keep a secret about them committing a crime.

One major flaw in the defense’s theory that she met her fate in the company of another man is the evidence of her phone going dead forever just moments after Kris exited the parking garage in his car. He then returns a short time later. This is highly suspicious of him disposing of her phone. She would have needed her phone to meet up with her dates so it would have shown activity after the night she spent with Kris but it didn’t. She never met anyone else because she never left that apartment alive. I know circumstantial cases are hard for some people to accept but what you have to understand is that it’s not about one piece of circumstantial evidence or another piece of circumstantial evidence-it’s the totality of it when looking at the whole picture. The likelihood of all of that circumstantial evidence pointing to anything or anyone other than Kris being responsible is impossible and that’s what pushes a case like this into the place of guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. It’s not reasonable that all that circumstantial evidence is just a coincidence. The jury got it right. Unfortunately the mom is either in denial or she’s an accomplice and helped him dispose of evidence.

28 cameras but they can't find him on any of them moving the body???... A grainy out of focus pic, you're able to say that you see a spec of silver so that's the travel bag? I feel they got this one wrong. A lot of circumstantial evidence but nothing concrete to pin him to this crime. Imo. They reached far for this one. Just to say they solved a case.

Kelly was too naive for her own good. It's tragic that so many people just don't "get it" how dangerous it is out there. There are nefarious people lurking around every corner. BE AWARE of the dangers, and don't put yourself in harm's way ever.

But it seems like these dating sites are the open portal to danger and they do not really screen people there. I would tell my daughter not to bother with these things and just meet people through other people.

Why do women tolerate that type of sadistic sex from men? Why do they think that is what they deserve? I will never understand. Such a sad case. Rip Kelly.

Man, dating websites are terrifying. You gotta meet them somewhere away from home, not use your real name. Or just don't chance it. Better to find a community where you can meet people and everyone knows them, and can vouch for them, or not. Being a woman means you are potentially prey. It's so unfair and terrifying.

I met my hubs through a real friend. He convinced me not to use dating sites. It was the same thing all the time. This was over 15 years ago and it seems like this stuff has gotten so much worse! I don't think it is worth the risk. People do meet one another through friends or just socials in church.

Almost every couple I know met on tinder. It's not as creepy as people think. I think it's as dangerous as meeting someone in a bar or club. A real first date should of course always be in public and at daytime.

@@johanna2690 Women make poor decisions and rather than blame themselves, they need to find another object to blame. In the old days it was horoscope signs, or the location, etc. Today it's which dating app. It only serves to highlight the irrationality of women. Newsflash, the same people that are working at your office, or going to your local grocery store are the same people that are on "tinder", "hinge", etc. Women can't seem to grasp that.

There’s a bunch of cases of people who met via friends, got married 30 years later they realized their partners were just serial killers. Dating sites per se are not the issue. We should learn tho, how to identify some red flags and have a good support system and group of people who can be with us us if anything happens. Being alienated is the worst. Just living is a risk to be honest

I dated a couple of women who liked to engage in this type of behavior and I stopped seeing them. It creeped me out. Not sure why she kept seeing him after he had done this to her before. And no, I'm not saying it's her fault, but she had some idea of the danger of this behavior if she had engaged in it multiple times and had passed out from it before.

Well, whose fault is it that she kept happily going back for more? Destructive behavior like that will eventually catch up. I also (had?) a friend like that. Dating many ppl at a time, very shady, meeting up at stranger's houses for btm type sex and other stuff. She told me it was "safe". She's been missing now for 6 years. Unfortunately I don't think I'll ever see her again, but that's what happens in such cases.

It is during a sex act that prosecutors say Zocco either intentionally or in a reckless act of suffocation, killed Dwyer. Prosecutors say Zocco either cleaned Dwyer's body with towels from his bathroom, or wrapped her body in a shower curtain. Both were never found during the investigation.
