Once again another great video. It's always humbling to see or witness the poor in an urban setting seeing as I a black American came from a poor background. And yes the police and women selling themselves was and still is a part of it. I've had my taste of Chinese women when I was in Hong Kong back in 2019. Love them. ❤

China is a very diverse country, from some of the most modern cities in the world to extreme rural areas. That's what I like about China. I used to live in Shanghai and that was awesome but I also enjoyed visiting the hometown of my girlfriend that was in the mountains in Yunnan. It was like going to another dimension. Friendly people though.
@@nistaffsubs6787 that's because people and CCP play trick to fool western . there is 300 million young people under 17 , with no income of course, and 300 million above 65 years old with no or low income due to retirement and China 's retirement system is barley exist. so some people claim China has 600 million people with low income. add to that of scenario like lose job, disability people . etc., another 100 million low income.
Well done ! very interesting old houses, some of them must have been very elegant at their time, and should be protected and renovated. How is it that many of the buildings of 40-50 years age are totally vacant, without windows ? and few meters away, people seem to live in slum huts ? and nobody along the streets ? very strange…
It's like South Korea, villages and rural people are disappearing. Everyone wants to live in Seoul. The younger generation wouldn't want to live in such "dirty" / low class living conditions. Capital tends to concentrate in a few places and that is in itself problematic.
it's really chicken & egg argument..... it's like that because young people leaving the area and the young people are leaving the area because the jobs are available in the cites..... more people generally more economic activity and that's the reason why people move to city to begin with ...... the difference, however, is that living cost is much more affordable in CQ city compares to seoul (for the average people) due to the design of the system....
That's like rural area, 20km+ from the city center, for comparison the whole san francisco city is only like 47km2. Most of those are old building & most of the youth are moving to the cities..... You can't expect an area of 82,403km2 to be all beautiful, just saying..... there would be rundown area just like in japan.... especially when there are less youth...... plus china is still a developing nation......
