These two has a chemistry, they get along very well. Nkewu communicates better with Pep, they listen to each other, give each other a chance to speak,very decent conversation m really enjoying it cuz i get to understand football better as far as techniques and tactics are concerned 👌

I believe it's a roundtable that the SA Coaches Association should have before the season starts, mid season and end of the season so that the direction of the game is guided. It's a pity SAFA has neglected this aspect yet it's so important and we need to applaud the work of people like Walter Steenbok by bringing a lot of courses. Lindo makes good points here and there...and some parts I'm not sure about. Yes football is bringing in technology but the fundamentals will not change much, so we need to be careful of not throwing out the bath water and the baby by saying older people are not needed at all. That said, I also agree on the need to constantly bring in fresh energy into the game.... And even more vital, the element of always scouting for talent maan.... So critical
Nice segment 👏 SUCH club owners run teams like it is a taxi industry. Big businesses sponsorships will forever go to rugby every time even in their small market margins. ⚽Owners It is nothing but overreaching, they want to coach indirectly. Coaches are like a picture frame 🖼️ on the office wall for publicity. They fire like they hire NOT in anyway that there's oversight, or a failure of some sort that was unintended.
Pep knows his story. I wish a big club can give him a chance. I hope South African Football Association and all Chair people are taking notes, but most importantly, are implementing those notes

We need to promote young coaches,alot of them (myself included) put effort on completing the D/C coaching license but opportunity dololo..come on SAFA Den Den was denied an opportunity his brilliant n alwyz believed in young guys to empower our National squard. Great analysis and a sober reflection of south African merry go round of coaches and the showing of interference by management and club bosses that is killing our football, the lack of backbone from young coaches who just take jobs because of empty stomachs, having a long plan with coaches will benefit team in a long run.. I enjoy long videos, rather make them podcasts
I've always asked the same question ukuthi those team owners who like to interfere with the coaches/1st teams duties why don't they do the job themselves? I'm a Pirates supporter but i've always been against this NONSENSE from uBaba Screamer Tshabalala & if he was so passionate why didn't he take the job when it was available?

One more thing I hate about the psl is the rotation of the same players also like you'd get a guy who failed at 4 psl clubs and gets sign by ts galaxy for example how does that improve our league
I think we can all conclude that Nkululeko only communicate well with those of his calibre or those who meet his level of thinking. There's good chemistry between these two. It's the same thing with junior sometimes just that junior struggles with English and he sometimes fail to articulate himself very well.
Most of our PSL teams are not professional. We only call them professional because they're in the professional league. If we still have teams who employ people without proper education those are unprofessional. They don't run them like proper institutions. I think we need more new and young people who run these teams if we're to grow and better our league.
