The diversity of female Kpop concepts 

My top 5 favorite Kpop concepts are: 1. Elegant, Royal, Classy 💞 --> Psycho (Red Velvet), Lion ((G)I-DLE), Play (Yuju) 2. Dark, Horror, Creepy --> Scream (Dreamcatcher), Bewitched (Pixy), Egoist (Olivia Hye) 3. Magical, Ethereal, Fantasy --> Secret story of the swan (IZ*ONE), Butterfly (Loona), Bon voyage (YooA) 4. Girl Crush, Badass, Independent --> Hate (4minute), Paint the town (Loona), What type of X (Jessi) 5. Summer, Party, Fun --> Dingga (Mamamoo), Dance the night away (Twice), Island (Youha) ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I also like following concepts, but they aren't my favorites: Innocent, Futuristic, Retro, Melancholic, Latin, Schoolgirl and Teen Crush. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I'm not a big fan of Quirky, Cute, Gaming, Sports and Sexy concepts. It doesn't mean I dislike songs / groups with these concepts! 💖

Innocent, summer,elegant,dark and ethereal

I literally love all- Like from dark concept to cute/innocent concept and everything between, everything is so good! One of my favs is definitely elegant tho (and so many more, like I said, I LOVE all concepts!)

My favorite concepts are: Retro Elegant Ethereal Fantasy Dystopian (ex: T-ARA’s Day by Day, Brown Eyed Girls’ Sixth, and Dreamcatcher’s Odd Eye)

Yes but I like it that Noodle used other dark concept songs than the typical dark ggs. (our queens of Dc, Pixy and Purple Kiss) It just proves that each gg and each soloist can do this concept.

@@blackatblu yep, or even Pink Fantasy. This list lacked a lot of things, imo Apple by GFRIEND in elegance for one.

SAME!!!! Early Gfriend's songs (Highschool and power innocent concept) are really my favorite, especially Rough. But their later concepts are good too. Really miss Gfriend :(

girl crush and teen crush aren't really the same btw, teen crush is like girl crush but it's more playful/not as like badass as girl crush

I think the video was made like this on purpose, for example there is no Sistar for summer concept, no Weki Meki for Teen crush and overall no mention of Red Velvet or Twice because they would just overshadow the rest. I think everyone should know at this point that Dreamcatcher rules dark concept

As an Insomnia, I ain't mad they weren't showcases in dark. Wish their songs Rose Blue or What was in "futuristic" though, instead of aespa maybe, who are super well known? Or Deja Vu could have been "Fantasy"?

Also, sexy concept showed some of the most popular songs. For a future revisiting od this video, might I suggest Sori's Touch, Girl Crush's Memories, Dalsooobin's Sign?

Teen crush also had Itzy who dominate teen crush. I wanna emphasize: I don't mind lesser knows artists being highlighted, I prefer it, however, I do with this was consistent thorough the video. If Sistar's not in summer and Dreamcatcher is not in dark, then Aespa shouldn't be in futuristic, AOA shouldn't be in sexy and Itzy shouldn't be in teen crush, either.

I think Snsd's the boys has a concept that is dark and elegant + futuristic

They are both very similar but I think the elegant concept relies on a more debonair feel. It can still be like a mainstream kpop song but it’s focus is graceful and fancy…I imagine ethereal concept to be more magical and otherworldly💫 (personally it was Oh my girl’s Closer that got me hooked on the concept🥺 it’s so angelic and beautiful✨)

I would add desertry concept or western idk what its called. Like 5idle hann, itzy not shy, omg nonstop.. and the difference between desert concept and summer concept (i think) is the summer one wearing bikini but this popped me up thinking is gfriend suny summer n fever is summer concept?

If summer concept exists then spring exists too like CRUCIAL STAR AND KIM NAYOUNG "FALL", BOL4 GALAXY, WENDY AND ERIC NAM SPRING LOVE (girl.. i cant find diff between spring n autumn bcz the concept looks so similar) but here i have some autumn concept i found in ytube TAEYEON GEMINI, BLACKPINK STAY, LEE HI BREATHE. Next is xmas one such as LABOUM WINTER STORY, RV WISH TREE, HYLT BLACKPINK(?). As continues new year concept thing like WJSN AS A WISH, YUJU PLAY(?) Idk else.
