This is ‘golden’ GCR. Because every time I rock up for the fight, no one wants to play the baby sitter. So being an efficient healer has become my role. So I’m going to add the TankHealer to my repertoire and see how it goes. Great vid. And thanks 👊🏼

I appreciate the video. But when you show a build please take the little extra time to show the talents and mods on the gear pieces. Showing some aspects of the stats also. This really helps to replicate the build as you have it. I don’t know if you are running skill haste or duration or a combination of both. Showing these details takes out the guess work.

This video was more "How to be a healer on the Paradise Lost Incursion", I gave a brief of the healing build I use but you can make a healer build how you want to. I have other healer build guides if a guide to a healer build is what you want. But it's easy, Future Initiative mask, chest, knees and holster (all skill tier and repair skills). Alps backpack with skill haste, repair skills and Opportunistic. Then BTSU gloves and the Scorpio shotgun. Run with skill haste or repair skill modes, or a mix of both. Throw on the Survalist specialization and you have a healer build that can do any content in the game. Obviously use the recovery hive and healing chem as skills.

Thanks for the clarifying the video focus was about and it makes sense. But I did manage to use what info I could derive from the video to make a healer build. I do appreciate your showing how to execute the healing functions.

Personally I don't use any of the healer builds commonly used by others I use the talents Galvenize for the backpack, I use Vanguard on chest because both bonuses act as a buffer between heals. I use Hard Wired for the skill cooldown benefits and I replace the core skills with +1 skill point each for all four pieces making sure their attributes are 1: skill repair 2: skill haste I then put Skill Haste on the three gear slots. I use the Scorpio shotgun as my main, my other weapons have the talent for healing 10% armor for every kill to keep myself alive while away from my hive and to keep the points available for the team rather than myself. I typically use fast weapons like vectors as secondaries and a 93R or D50 for my pistol for speed or headshots.

I love being healer, but the issue with this guide I found is that you put a lot of trust into teammates throughout this, I found at least for lfgs I really have to babysit my team with heals on both bosses so I almost have to use chems for bott

If you can’t get opportunistic on a back pack use a chest piece with empathetic resolve that’s what I use and if people are running the dps build correctly you should still have more than enough damage through the whole raid

Thanks for this video. I was very inspired by that ninjabike shield build. Unfortunatley i dont have the knee pads yet so i got creative trying to recreate it. The Gila Chill out mask rolled armor with x3 repair mods, the pointman armor with x1 repair mod (roled with armor regen and health bc i use it on another build and didnt want to reroll health), the picard holster rolled armor w/ repair, alps kneepads, and alps motherly love gloves. Sitting at 1.5M armor with around 400k heals from hive. Still getting the 1% regen from the Gila set thanks to ninjabike. I found this to be a good alternative but I welcome any feedback. One question i have is if anyone can confirm whether the skill health on the gloves affects the shield? (I feel like it should but wondering if it only applies to turrets, mines, decoys, and drones; i didnt see a difference when i swapped out alps gloves w/ skill haste in place of the skill health roll)

Is there an alternative for the future initiative? Can't make the chest or backpack because of the raids....

They put the chest and backpack for FI and foundry into the general loot pool about one year ago. Just set countdown (challenging or heroic; alternatively you could run summit, if you are a masochist) to FI and you’ll have a full set one 1-2 runs.

Thanks for the video GC. This is explained very well. Personally as you know as a healer I make it easy for myself. I just "Drop Hive and Emote." That is the easiest way to heal for me. 🤣
