I think your build will hit harder if you swap contractor's gloves for fox prayer, and use Yaahl kneepads there instead. Your sniper rifle already has DTToC on it, so using contractors would magnify the damage. Remember fox prayer and contractors are both MULTIPLICATIVE damage, running another multiplier is almost always better than stacking one multiplier.
Dodge city gun holster and regulus is super op with a build like this, the holster acts like determined anywhere headshot for 1st shot after swapping to pistol
In Conflict, you loose weapon damage from SHD watch & 25% Expertise. So this may not be viabale in conflict. Unless, you can find a way to get 35% weapon damage on some pieces then this will work fine.
