THE DIVISION 3 Is Now One Step Closer To Reality... 

As this company recently made, ran multiple play tests,...and then CANCELLED a game(Heartland) recently, I will believe they are making a Division 3 game when it's installed on my PS5.

I really hope that these devs have get their act together for the Division 3. All of the radical changes that happened in the division 2 All throughout the division two All the way up to these last moments with the seasonal characters.And everything else this can't happen in the division three. The division three has to release with a dev team that understands their game and have worked out whatever they have to work out.

My bet is 2030-2031. Its best case scenario. We dont know how big Division 3 will be and what will be in the game. And we dont know if Division 3 will be delayed

I think 2027 is the earliest we could possibly see the game but I think more likely we won't see it till sometime in 2028

I’m looking forward to the prospect of a Division 3 because I want to see a new setting. The possibilities are truly endless when it comes to different mission scenarios. Some ideas I have are: - Nuclear submarine bases - ICBM silos - CIA HQ - Other military installations Even if these are just locations for one-off missions (like Pentagon/DARPA) or other game modes, it’d still be legit.

Loved Division 1 and 2 lots to do fun to play with friends they just need to build upon everything people loved to make D3 a hit from the jump.

When you go back and think about how successful the original launch was, it's amazing to me how poorly the IP was managed. We could seriously be looking at nearly a decade between the launch of 2 and 3. That just doesn't make any sense at all.

I will happily wait if we get tie in material for between games

Hopefully Ubi allow TD3 to have time in the oven because after I started to look into world details a LOT of small details that were in TD was not in TD2, like the npc/corpse agents not having unique looks same goes for the Campus/Theater open world NPCs (the combat ones) and the Raiders. I just hope they put as much time or at least the right amount of time into the third game. Also them forgetting characters too like the electrician in the bunker mission and reusing an agent in WONY that died in DC, hope they don’t forget characters next time around.

Massive and Ubi should not move onto Division 3 without identifying and solving the bugs in Division 2 and putting in place proper procedures and the right people (who are disciplined, because right now it seems their QA department has no discipline) to ensure that the Division 3 game is properly done and not a half cooked mess when its released. And they need to seriously improve their communications department - being tone deaf and not listening to your audience is a great way to lose customers.

Could it be that Hearland was cancelled because they wanted to use it as a "base"-code, perhaps skipping some of the dev-time for Div3...

Rogue i had an idea i want you to pitch to the division devs can you pitch the idea that john bernthal is our agent but a classified agent and we play as a hunter hunting down our rogue agents throughout the campaign and we also hunt down other players characters as side missions and for the gear they can give us a full body coverage armor set so hunter mask chest peice the cover entire upper half of body with a crotch guard and talibone guard forearm kevlar covers and thigh guards with knee pad intergrated into shin kevlar pads and massive shoulder kevlar pads and like a recon kit on our back instead of back pack and give us the function to use the iconic hunter axe to kill characters with and we start with a hunter meta build or maybe they could bring back thr ability to have exotics on all slots available from division 1 and we have a full exotic build to hunt down our character with and the recpn kit would have same mechanics as the memento

I have been looking forward to Outlaws. But ti hear even a remote prospect of us gettting D3.... I was heartbroken when Heartlands was canceled. I dont think we will see anything before 2027. What city do you want to see? I would love, in no order. Chicago, Vegas, London or Paris.

I’d guess 2028-2030 time frame. What I want the new game to do though is bring more of a responsive world that changes both seasonal and player effected changes. The new AC game brings seasonal weather changes and effects. and I’m pretty sure they can do player based work changes stuff like neighborhoods getting cleaner more alive. I want division 3 to be a more technical game bring some crazy stuff like the original game demo showed us with the interactive map and tech like the drones and stuff.

They will release it guaranteed in a rush like most companies. And ubisoft is famous for it. With tons of issue glitches bugs lags dc and connection issues. Companies always rush on releasing coz of money. Even the game is not finished. And we don't always get what we paid for. Especially on the new game release. Just wanna add: My big guess it will be in 2028

After the farce that is D2 I will be waiting at least a year before I even consider D3 just to see how it goes.

I’m excited for a new game I’m not a hardcore fan but I’ve been playing g since it released. Fell off after first raid but been playing on and off I don’t think the hate is justified considering there is no other game like this and it’s great we get any support at all nothing worse than seeing a game you like stop getting any type of content

Division 2 came out in 2018. Division 3 is well overdue considering the division came out in 2016.

I don't mind waiting just make it right. Also add D1 to D2 so we can have more to do until D3. Would love to have that large open DZ again. Survival and underground would keep us busy.

I'm going to stick by my original prediction and call March 2026 as the Devs can use the 10th Anniversary as an advertising point, I know, I know but hear me out. First of all I don't think Div 3 will be anything spectacular, we will get the best of Div 1 and Div 2 ran through a brand new engine to make things shiney-er and prettier that will WOW us all, we will get a new city (Chicago being the rumor) and we will probably get the sliding move and some maps developed for Heartland and a assassination type move developed back in Div 1 and maybe a few other things but that's it, nothing really spectacular. As mentioned in the vid things will be re-used, character models and such , so nothing really new, we are seeing some of the new with Project Resolve behind the scenes, sure we were told it fixed over 2,000 bugs but I call B.S. because the same types of bugs are still here from years ago. I know nothing about game coding but I do know a little programing for cell phone, voice and data switches and web page coding as I have built several websites with thousands and thousands of pages. For instance have you ever noticed between Div 1 and Div 2 that there are only 5-6 different types of cars? Now what I'm going to write is not even remotely close to what a object's coding would be but for the sake of simplicity lets say the coding for the crown Vic looking car in the game is w123456, the w represents the color white now you type b123456 and now that crown vic is blue, now you type w1234567, the 7 represents police lights and logos so now you have a crown vic police car, now you type y1234568 and you have a yellow taxi cab the Y represents yellow the 8 represents taxi cab logos. Did you notice in the White House that all the bodies are gone? That's because they replaced the ABCDE code being a body in a body bag with FGHIJ code which represents a shield, for the most part just cut and past. I know it's a hell of a lot more complex than that but they have the code of 2 games plus Heartland to use, how do you think they pump out Assassin Creed games every other year? Most of the hard lifting is done, the gun sounds and models, character models, building Models and so on, all that is needed is move this building to that block, make it shorter and a different color and so on, trust me after coding thousands of web pages and dozens of different types of web pages I know, once you have the base down it's just a matter of tweaking the code and cutting and pasting. In most cases when a new software update came out it would allow you to run those old pages through the new program and give you new bells and whistles to add to your old pages, I'm sure game engines are the same way, you just need to know how to read and manipulate the coding.

Maybet think about doing first desendent coverage? You'd do good in helping us with the objectives. Confusing but doable. Good fuckin game in all ways

I would say that at the moment of “going gold”, it’s mainly the devs in in prod. The creative team and all pro-prod has probably already started and I’m even 100% sure Julian has looked over things occasionally or giving direction. Remember our bet! March 2027! 😉

I’ve always been a firm believer in only having one primary and one secondary. Make builds more class based AND STOP FUCKING WITH MY TECH BUILDS. I think the simplicity of Div 1 gear building with attributes and talents from Div 2 would be great but I want to see all numbers move down a decimal point. What I mean is that instead of having say 10% crit hit damage, have 1%. That one percent might stack with other gear and weapons for a total of 8% or with an exotic or two might go all the way up to 15% TOTAL. Having 200% crit is just absurd and the TTK is just crazy. I believe with lowering the percentages there’s more emphasis on skill rather than spray and pray with a god tier RU-vid build. The advantages with the lower percentages are noticeable but not broken.

Let’s hope that it comes out with a full Cronus subscription and complimentary lag switch to keep all the guys happy that have completely ruined PVP!

I'm really just curious as to why you think Division 3 is "years" before it releases... I'm willing to bet that they aren't stepping away from the Snowdrop engine, since they have clearly invested a huge amount of time and capital in it. Which means every asset they have ever made for TCTD is in said engine. They aren't making the game from the ground up. Most of the environmental assets are already finished. They may just need a fresh coat of paint. Most, if not all of the sound files that aren't impacted by story are there. Yeah, they may need to get a new city at least somewhat accurate... I'm just saying, a lot of the Division universe right now is in a state of almost drag and drop. So realistically, how long does it take to write a story? Because that will be the deciding factor in the timeline.

Exciting news, though I am looking forward to Outlaws it's only because of the team that worked on it. Disney themselves have been cucking everything up. I agree with your 2028 prediction I think they should spend alittle more time on it than div 2 but not TOOO much time to where it's a dev hell situation and people get moved around and leave.

I don’t like being too cynical about these things, and it does have sound milestone checks… so maybe, with Sw going gold and Div2 4th line devs plugging their forks into outlets on a weekly basis, the core team will make miracles happen with D3 timelines. (Edit) a 3 year ETA is definitely acceptable.

With all the bullshit we've had to deal with over the past 5 years with Div 2 how can you be excited in the least bit for Div 3? Div 3 is going to get the same treatment Div 2 did. I see infinite bugs and shitty game modes no one asked for in Div 3's future. I think you're hoping for a product that will never get delivered.

I'm a fan of the division 1 I've been playing since the release in 2016 on PC and PS4 since 2024 I loved this game my opinion many say that the first game is dead I don't think how come when I finished the game I improved base restoration to 100% why do I still have medical supply 180 techno supply 340 security supply 200 what is it for then if it's a finished game and if you also look on the game map there is still blocked places I hope that one day Ubisoft will let a small team finish this project I would like it to free us Brooklyn at the bottom of the map with minimum 4 missions quests secondary secondary missions and having minimum 4 5 new skills would be good also which adds us 3 more incursions which frees us central Park we expand the dark zone a little more we add some equipment v and improve the weapons of the past bring us up to level 40 history and we repair the bugs the servers and we remove its glitch the game would be a complete and finished game and we improve the graphics frankly this game deserves another 30 40 GB that would allow Ubisoft to resell it for 70 € with all the content of the time and of course with the new DLC example me j I bought the game at the time I will be obliged to buy that the DLC is frankly it wouldn't have bothered me this game deserves to come back alive if we look at Rainbow siege it's been years DLC update it removes some things he puts back there is also another game for honor so why the division 1 would not do it the division 2 has had 5 years of content almost 6 years so why not this division 1 would have to have a community do something to boycott those who don't want

It’s hard to tell when this game will release as many holdups as we have had along the way with Div 2. I am not a computer programmer but I do understand good work. If I messed up as many times at my job as the developers have trying to correct Div 2, I would not have a job. The glitches we have now are from 2 years ago, the no sound effects while shooting for 1. Why have project resolve when nothing was resolved. I will gladly buy division 3, in 2030!
