Amen! Torah keeping is not just about dietary laws, sabbath, feast days, etc. it’s also just love in general since love is the fullness of Torah Romans 13:10.

Just hearing your answer to the first question, releases people from condemnation and brings unity. Christianity unfortunately is so divided. Too many disagreements over this and that. I honestly don’t fellowship with too many people nowadays. We need to remember and love Christ Jesus FIRST and CENTER OF ALL, then love one another, etc. Jesus as the Foundation. Love Himself.

Almost sounds if as if walking in Torah and Walking in Love are opposed to each other. I would argue that following Torah is walking Love...because Torah teaches us to love our neighbor as well as God. Walking in religious pride like the Pharisees is opposed to the Torah and that is why Yahushua exposed them so often. They were more concerned about appearing to be religious rather than actually doing what God says. They codified the lesser things of the Torah while ignoring the the weightier matters of the Law. They focused on the outward observances of the Law while ignoring the inward observances. Yes, that same religious spirit runs rampant in the "church" today.
I agree that Torah is much bigger than just keeping Sabboths and the food laws. The more I understand of Torah the more I realize how far away I am form really knowing His laws and how filthy we human beings really are. I aslo don't think that we truly understand Yahweh's justice and mercy because we are so far away from it. Torah love is no nonsense and harsh. Love is saying the difficult things, the things that sound harsh but are life saving. We cannot walk in sin and the more we understand Torsh, the more we will understand what sin is.
We keep all the commandments in the NEW COVENANT and we obey whatever He communicates to us. Anyone who pushes anything else is a deceiver. That is it end of discussion.
I enjoy your teachings and thank you for your content, just a quick couple of questions, what is your basis for claiming what scripture is "inspired" or not, Moses clearly claims he wrote the book of Jubilees? Are you just taking the opinions of men or have you studied Jubilees for yourself?
Blessings! Moses never claims he wrote the book of Jubilees in the Torah. Jubilees has many good teachings since it largely copies the Torah, and then adds to it. My basis for not considering Jubilees as inspired is based off two premises: First, it contains contradictions with Scripture like the one highlighted in the video. This is the same reason throughout history that the book was not seen as inspired Scripture. Second, inspired Scripture is what God preserved to be in the recognized canon of inspired Scripture. God is all-powerful and preserved truth for us in what we call the Bible. It is our only definitive way to know His will, He did not allow it to be corrupted. If He did, we have nothing to trust and we cannot trust Him. Jubilees is not considered inspired to the level of Scripture, not even by the Ethiopian church, who, while having Jubilees in some of their canons, do not consider everything in their canon inspired to the level of Scripture. Jubilees is valuable as a historical book, but contains inconsistencies when compared to the Bible.

Paul, peter, all of the apostles were born, and all died except john while the first covenant was still ordained to be in authority over ghe earth.. john and those who saw the establishment of the new covenant aftrt the temple, the sacrifices, the earthly priesthood, the ordinances, the feast days, the sabbaths, the trips to jerusalem, all that ended in 70 AD...Jesus said, not one jot, not one tittle shall pass from the law till all be fulfilled...John and the 144000 redeemed from the 12 tribes, and those grafted in saw the law change, they saw the temple destroyed, they saw the priesthood tbrough Aarons son end, they saw the trips to jerusalem 3 times a year, ceased..the new covenant is in the blood and spirit of Christ Jesus..the body of moses is completed..the new covenant remains, the old passed away...Peter knew it was waxing old and ready to vanish away, he was killed before the old covenant was fulfilled, as were paul and all the apostles except john...John saw the MT ZION of the new covenant, he also saw the MT SINAI of the old covenant..we are not under moses, we are in Christ..be blessed...
They continued to keep Biblical feasts and the Sabbath after 70AD. Yes, the Levitical Temple laws could no longer be kept in absence of a temple. The New Covenant is the law written on the heart (Jer 31:31). And anyone who teaches the least of all the Torah relaxes will be called least, according to Jesus (Matt 5:19). @@RiseOnFire with the changing of the covenant, there was also of necesity the changing of the law, and the priesthood on earth ended, when the heavenly priesthood took over..we are not under the law of moses..we are in the new covenant not made at sinai, not as the fathers in sinai were given, we are in a better covenant based on better promises, not the law of sin and death, the law of the spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made us free from the law of sin and death..
The name John (Yohanan) also means the Grace of God. He represented the one who received the love and grace of God. Meanwhile Peter which means rock was the one who struggled with the letter of the law. Peter boasted in his love(works) for the Lord and ended up denying him, meanwhile John knew he was beloved and was the only apostle who remained with him at the cross. When we focus on ourselves and our works we will fail and feel condemned, but when we focus on Jesus' love for us we will be strengthen and be able to love him in return.
@@xanderbarr1983 Yes, you are correct, but please really stop and think about what you stated above. Yahusha did indeed set us free from the law of sin and death, which is the penalty for disobedience. There is now a priesthood in the order of Melchizedik which is superior to the Levitical. That said, setting us free from sin and death does not mean Messiah set us free from Yah’s instructions (Torah). Gal 3:13 says Messiah redeemed us from the curse of the law, not the law itself. The law isn’t a curse, but there were curses for disobedience. Now we don’t suffer the penalty of immediate death if we sin (transgress Yah’s laws as defined in 1 John 3:4). Remember too, Yahusha said in Matt 5:17-19 to not even think that He came to abolish the Torah, He came not to abolish it but to raise the standard of it from mere compliance to a heart change.
