aweblade4 This was more of a joke a ton of people are playing and pvp is easily the most balanced it's has been for a long time and you can farm dz 6-5 solo easy and you will gear up hella fast
David Miller it's true the game is coming back....as soon as they patch up a few more bugs in 1.6 the game will be amazing.....and a lot of people still play actually just not as much
The Division was kinda bad a while ago but the new 1.4 and 1.5 update made it really fun and playable. It just needed some tweaking to be good like how Battlefield 4 was.
its a good thing creating an animated video takes a really short time otherwise the game might have already been updated to 1.5 a week ago or today if its on ps4. itd be a shame if id already gotten 4 or 5 new max gear score items after an hour of play. i sure hope i dont get any extremely rare loot the next time i play.
Pohlio I see what you are saying and I understand but to those players who left the game I want to make it clear that the game isn't dead and is in a much better place now than this video shows it to be.
I have given this game many chances, I've tried to find reasons to come back to this game, but I can't, it's so similar to Destiny, but it's worse, Ubisoft doesn't put enough time into their games anymore so they end up half finished
Imo, i think it's nothing really special. Just play H1Z1 KotK. It's really boring that you barely find any players because there are only 24 in the WHOLE division map.
There aren't any vehicles in the game... Hackers, not that many atm, you're just speaking out of your ass, gameplay yes it is a bit repetitive but so are most MMORPG's anyway and the PVP is really fun (the PVE is a bit more boring). And what the heck are you talking about the graphics look awesome, just because it got a downgrade doesn't mean they're bad... Actually, all of the things that were promised graphicswise are actually still there, except one thing (check Marcostyle's video on it). It was the promise that snow was affected by the weather and grenades and such. Sure, the textures are a bit worse, but still looks amazing. And the map is beautiful, it's packed with details and rubbish on streets, dogs walk around, crows, rats, grafitti and ruins scavenged around the map. Since there are no vehicles in the game, the map is large if you compare it to GTA 5 where they have vehicles, it still takes about the same time to traverse from one side of the map to the other, if you go with a vehicle on GTA and running on Division. Please atleast play the game first before criticising.
zerox505 LOL, we misunderstood eachother so bad. Fair enough. True, H1 is quite buggy at times, but I mean there aren't too many devs building the game. The new map is really good in my opinion. Yeah, the graphics aren't the best and so is'nt the optimisation either. Vehicle physics are a bit ''arcade'' style kind of. It fits the game I think. I get what you mean though, the physics are annoying af at times though. Gameplay is really fun. It's difficult the bullet drop is a bit exaggerated. But the lead physics are nice. Hackers still don't see a lot of them. They do get banned regularly, but the support on H1 is atrocious. I'm btw talking about KotK not Just Survive
This is true... to an extent. I first started playing The Division within the first week of release, but ended up leaving in 1.2 because there was nothing left to do. Expansion 2 (survival) brought the game back and that's why I'm still playing it today. I've heard that the player count sky rocketed and went higher then it was a launch when survival came out, talk about timing.
Never got the game for this very reason, aside from how linear it is. I don't care what "level" you are. 20 rounds directly to the face with a high powered sniper rifle should be more than enough to kill anyone.
Right. Because RPGs aren't supposed to be fun. And there's nothing fun about blowing half your ammo on a single enemy. Fallout 4 is an RPG. Sure, it may take multiple head shots to kill an enemy, but it's not excessive.
katsupoi24 how can you preorder it the division has been out since March? Unless you were talking about preordering it back in March which I can understand why. Also update 1.4 cleaned up the game so I recommend you watch some gameplay of 1.4/1.5
As someone who just within the past week started playing the Division this is........very accurate. Normal enemies are bad enough but bosses are like ridiculously bullet spongey, putting magazine after magazine into them. Or shoot them a few dozen times in the head with a hundred year old Russian rifle.
Lot of people still playing the game. New updates really revamped it. 20,000 people on right now. If you aren't keeping up with the updates and haven't played in 4-5 months then you really are in no position to pass any judgement on the game.
Ive been trying these FPS RPG's, and so far (never bothered with or played the division) Borderlands< Destiny < War-frame Even then WF is lacking in quests and REAL Lore, I hope somone takes a good hard look at this formula and finds something that REALLY wows me.
***** ... Have you even played all the games I listed? Borderlands is based on MMO structure, it has its shitty hub world and shitty raids in the game.... Just because two of the games under 4 player coop shooter with loot, have MMO glued to them it really doesnt make them that different. In fact outside of trade chat, the mostly window dressing relays, and the fact that Raids are 8 players intstead of 4 WF barely has anything to even take the "MMO" Title. And you can ignore raids and trade chat entirely and still breeze through that game with one other player, or even solo it if you have Frost... And if you think the "world events" are that "Game changing" in Destiny to the point that it and Borderlands are "un-comparable" i'll have whatever your smoking. Destiny is basically just Borderlands if Borderlands were less shit. It even has the same fucking Diablo-esque rarity colors on drops, linear but somewhat open level structure, and hub world where you get shitty unvoiced quests FFS. The only way its really really different is PVP, ant thats negligible if you would rather play a more structured PVP game (which I prefer)
Blands is the least MMO out of the bunch for sure, but its structure and the cheapness of how its quests (textboxes for the most part) and "raids" are done are definitely MMO like. That doesnt make them "uncomparable" like your original comment stated.
...but Borderlands has a LOT more in common with Destiny (and to a lesser degree WF) than Mirrors edge does an FPS. In ME you run through areas in a FPPlatformer finding the best routes to tackle in training for time trials. In an FPS your running and gunning through corridors from Setpiece to setpiece. However the gameplay loop of Blands is going through nonlinear zones to collect color coded loot, drive vehicles, and finish quests to turn in at the hub zone The gameplay loop of Destiny is going through nonlinear zones to collect color coded loot, drive vehicles, and finish quests to turn in at the hub zone
I get it, you like Borderlands better, but that doesnt mean it isnt very similar to Destiny, I find them both boring TBH, the only one I like is Warframe, and its "Ok" as ive outplayed the "fun" of it, hence why im hoping somone else can make a better shooter FPS than all 3 of these games, which was the orignal point of my comment.
I just got the game with the black Friday sale. The scenery is absolutely breathtaking and animation quality and fluidity is insane. The main problem is that hoodie man 47 takes takes an entire clips to kill with a decent gun. Games still fun so far though, we will see how it goes.
demonfireofhell that's very vivid. I'm pretty sure something that specific had to have come from something in your past right? Your not tough kid go back to elementary where you belong.
The joke is pretty much, every enemy in the game is a bullet sponge. It's like their toques are made of titanium, you have to shoot the heavy guys about 200 times in the head to take them out. The agents are fragile, it's why the one who made it to the roof exploded after she was shot. Comedy gold!
yes and while u wont be able to play the new game modes the free updates given are still an amazing addition to the game and help extend play time for hours and will probably make u want to buy the dlc to experience more as it did with me so it is definitely worth a second shot
The DLC are worthless, the free updates are what have added more content and fun since release. I took a long break, but 1.4 and now 1.5 has brought it to far more 'fun' levels. But seriously, don't buy the DLC or season pass.
People here saying they still play well that is good for the few months or so, but you will eventually get bored of it. This is an accurate video for most Ubisoft games really IMO. The hype was to real and now we get small updates to hide the fact it is an unfinish game.
I just want to point out how accurate this video is. Nobody plays this game, and if anyone still does, they're just a tool with a billion HP and OP weapons. The moment a new player walks into the DZ its just a feeding frenzy. Trash game. 1/10 would not reccomend to a friend.
Cody Lujan Wellp the playerbade is actually pretyy big again and never went as low as Battlefronts for comparison. Also all the people complaining never got what kind of game this is from the get go. Its no realistic thirp person shooter its a looter in style of destiny and warframe. Anyone complaining about "bullet sponging" there?
It's not very accurate. There's hundreds of people playing it right now since the new update, without loading whatsoever at matchmaking. Besides they fixed the grind, made enemies less spongy and generally fixed everything people complained about. It's good now, and if you're low level you can always change to another world tier where you aren't.
Yeah it's pretty grindy incursions are probably the easiest way to get good gear but even that shit is a headache because the bullet spongey enemies are even more spongey
incursions are the slowest way to get gear and definitely much harder to do than many of the easier options even hvts are a better short term way to get gear than incursions
To put it into perspective, You see this guy with a baseball bat? It takes you 4 mags from a rifle to the head to kill him, if he so even grazes you with his bat you'll explode.
Lewis Davies holeeeeee shiet it's Captain America Wait... Captain America understands a RWBY reference... And if he understands a RWBY reference that must mean he watches RWBY, and if he watches RWBY then that means... RWBY + MARVEL CROSSOVER CONFIRMED
Chandel Gaming It's more about grinding for gear than skill.... I mean, you have to know what you're doing, but that only goes so far. I can be as tactical as I want, and get a perfect jump on a guy, but if that guy has better gear than me he's going to win that fight. So it's not really about being a "noob". It's just that some people don't like the mechanics. The dark zone would be a lot more fun if gear advantages were disabled. I think that would be a cool mode to have.
