Hey Stevefam!!! This is our most emotional episode yet, did you enjoy it and where are you watching from?? The final episode drops next week. Thanks for watching and don’t forget to share and subscribe 🙏🏾❤️
This sends a messages to all women around the world. Especially in our African culture, divorces are frowned upon even at the expense of the woman. We need to change our ways of thinking and our ways of raising our young girls. We need to teach them self values, self love and self acceptance instead to bashing them when cry out for help to escape from unhappy marriages. Our culture is broken. It may have work back in the days, but it does not work now. African women, we need to do better. This is not a feminist thing. It’s a human thing. Steve, I don’t care what you do, I pray you continue this amazing work. You’re touching souls. You’re waking up the unconscious minds. You are an instrument to nature and it’s societal. Thank you. Straight out of california, LA. God bless you.
Soooooo true!!! I was raised to think that way. I remember when my issues with my husband started, my mom was like endure o, nobody in both my side and your father's side are divorced. My dear, I could care less, my mental and physical health were at stake. I was going mad and almost had hypertension. Now I'm divorced, and I am almost a pariah, but I'd rather have my sanity
We were programmed through colonization to be trained that we have no value and were made to suffer! We must reverse this at all cost! It’s been time to teach ourselves and our children how truly valuable they are! Thank you for this comment! Beautifully stated!! ❤🎉❤ Time to truly heal all of our broken parts! ❤😢❤
I have never commented on your videos, silent viewer. But the execution, the vulnerability and the overall message of this one really touched my heart. Thank you for sharing your craft with us Steve! Sending love to all the “Madam Golds” reading this. Be strong. God’s got you. ❤
My dear we have parents and we see them. We also see our relations and their parents. We also see the way our neighbours' families are and have heard stories of others.
It was the exquisitely delivered delivery..must hand it to @stevechuks, he's digging deeper now🎉🎉...and we all are invested, fake nails, eyelashes et all...😂😅😊
This wasn't just comedy for me I felt it was a direct message to my relationship I cried along and followed the therapist 😢 some of us just have to go through alot and act strong infront of everyone else chuks thanks very much for this
Well I was once there but i value my life and my kids live so l left him but before I leave i pretend to have made peace with him because he is a very stubborn, arrogant, selfish person he doesn't care if he's hurting me or our kids so i took the kids far away from him were he would never see them again
I have been numb for a long time now, fighting and staying strong all by myself upon the realization that no one not even family was ready to help me because they said since i'm no longer married, i cant have any kind of comfort as they are waiting for me to fail. I even overhead them once ask themselves literally 'why isn't she broken yet?', so i decided NEVER to be weak or broken regardless of whatever I face and with that, my numbness became NUMB... I was determined to rise again against all odds and God came through for me and gave me evry comfort they said I couldn't have...BUT still, even with all i have , deep down I knew I bottled up a lot of resentments, hatred, anger, pain, fear, disappointment within me and couldn't let go for years. So I prayed again to God to help me and today while watching this video, God answered. I can feel, I can feel, I can feel it all.. Is it normal that I'm crying and shaking at the same time?, why can't I stop it?
Crying its also a form of therapy don't let your family speak non-sens to your life let go of the hate and heal yourself Sis you can do this sending you lots of love ❤
Credits to the therapist oh,you did a great job in reaching that inner true feelings and emotions, because some times we hold things on the inside, the only thing we could do is cry.
I've been my own therapist for years, and one thing that always works is crying. It releases all the accumulated emotions and leaves you with a clear head 😂
This is a sad yet beautiful episode. As a woman, I can relate with Madam Gold's feelings here.. Women have to tolerate all kinds of abuse from men -- emotional, physical, psychological, etc. These abuses pile up on the mental health of a woman, and she begins to lose herself in the process. She becomes bitter, mean, unhappy, depressed.. Some won't even know she needs therapy. It's all just sad..
I agree....I am also a practicing therapist and this session was wonderful. So many women in our country Nigeria go through this without any support from the outside. Thank you for outlining the need to talk to a therapist when going through problems
@@chiomaanago7067 indeed we need more videos like this to enlighten people about mental health support when going through traumatic occurrences including divorce
Madam Gold really needed this therapy session. I have been enjoying all the episodes of seeing her act a little crazy or a little more than crazy depending on what the situation called for. But I just realised that she let her husband turn her into a mad woman. Sometimes when Madam Gold has run-ins with people, they keep telling her every time you're shouting! you're shouting!. Seeing her release all of this emotions really made me realise that she has been through a lot and she had a lot of pent up emotions. Thumbs up for an amazing episode, I really enjoyed this one.
Boom, the great Madam Gold, showed us her vulnerability 😢now I know there's always a reason why peoplact all that tough and mighty outside,, they carry alot if pains and tears and vulnerabilities inside their body 😢😢😢
This is the best miniseries ever from a non-mainstream creator in Nigeria. The lessons, the storyline, the bravery, the concept, everything is wow! God bless you Steve Chuks and Madam Gold, for showing the world that being emotionally strong and fighting battles is not always the way to be. Self-care is important.
Is no one going to say anything about how 'FINE" the therapist looks? His 👟...❤ And boy, did he do a fine job!❤❤❤❤ Well done Chuks. Sisters out there, know when to walk away. There is no shame in saving your sanity.
The part where the therapist spoke Igbo and made Madam Gold abort her plan to leave, omo it thrilled me. It brought about the common ground he needed to get through to her.
Even though Aunty meant it as an insult speaking about Madam Gold's background (in part 2), it gives us an insight into what she witnessed in her upbringing that made her normalise infidelity in her marriage. She has been hiding behind the strength of "Madam Gold" but we have now met Chinyere. Whew. What a masterpiece. Well done to the whole team!
The emotions are so real, this made me drop a tear😢. Sometimes, the people who appear the strongest bottle up a lot of emotions than you can ever imagine.
Breakthrough! The therapist is good if he can get Madam Gold to let her guard down. Many therapists are not talkative, neither do they interactive role play. Well done for a very tangible skit that will doubtless help others who may be thinking about how to handle the pressure from similar experiences
Oh my Gosh. I wish I knew Chinonso in real life. I'm in school for clinical counseling, and seeing what Chinonso did here is very helpful for my practicum. Good job, I never thought I'd gain such insight from this episode.
Your shows has always been comedy to me. How I enjoyed every one of them. But this is much more... Had no idea when I fell into the scene with you. Felt every emotion, word and all. I hope every person in an abusive, disrespectful relationship gets the message. Thank you Steve Chuks. You're amazing. I like your Therapist 😉
This msg is meant for me to let of the relationship I’m in 😢😢 all I do and gain is tears so I think is time I let go. Thanks for this eye opening video
Wow😲 A full therapy session for our viewing pleasure ❣️ This episode is such a bliss 😍 The use of Igbo language at some point even made it more relaxing and entertaining. Welldone guys👏👏👏
This is really emotional😢❤, our mental health matters!!! This is empowering to all women going through this and even worse. Your sanity is important 💯. Excellent job Mr. Therapist, you really spoke into her heart, put all her guards down. Steve you're really exceptional❤❤😢
Those friends that know what u need and send u there is everything. We all go through shit but seeking help is very important 😭😭😭😭😭 am crying because am in a dark place in my life now and am in therapy even though I told myself " Africans don't need therapy "
Watching this gives me goosebumps, And it brought me straight to the comment section just to thank for putting this out.I pray every woman going through a broken home finds peace ❤
The therapist played his part well. Madam Gold represents women in failed/failing relationships who still hold on to these relationships for whatever reasons. Kudos to the team. Waiting for the next episode.
😢wowwww, am speechless. Wowwww, God bless you so much! This is a free therapy session for those who cannot afford it and a reinforcement to those already in a therapy. Any person could use this to gain back his or her sanity.
Wow, this is beyond comedy! This is REAL LIFE! This hit deep mehn. Thank you Steve Chuks for this stellar performance! It goes to show that women in this critical situation can fight their demons with the right help, and live a happy free life!
Haaaaaa! This is something else I cried so much.So many African women have bottled a lot in their marriages and need to see a therapist and LET OFF THE STEAM!

This was absolutely amazing and sends out a positive message to all those strong 💪🏿 women out there who have stayed in relationships past it sell by date, that there is no shame when you decide to walk away, when it's time, it's time you are human too and have to think about yourself and your life and happiness your state of mind that God has granted you. I felt madame golds emotions and how she felt as I have also been married and had to put up with to save face and also for the children I got so emotional and cried 😢Looking forward to the final part and what happens to madam gold and what her future looks like still watching from London England ♥️
Not my eyes tearing up! Wow! To see Chinyere let go of the almighty Madam Gold persona and be this vulnerable... *chefs kiss* That therapist is too good!

You really pulled this off, Steve I mean madam Gold. Very intense session, well executed with the therapist. Well done, you two. Hope this helps the madam Golds out there who are suffering in silence. Watching from London (you really make me fall in love with the igbo language)
