how long is the battery life? can we use it as a lapel on live event? like hosting or training sessions?

I had a Boya wireless mic but this is much better since Lightning and USBC modules are available. But I do wish that it also come in a 3.5mm module.

It comes with a 3.5mm out cable as well! That's how they interface with the more professional DSLR camera set-up, they slide into the hot shoe mount and then plug in via cable

Anyone have any tips on how to use this for musicians with an iPhone? Not being able to hear / playback audio from the phone while the mic is plugged in is a huge obstacle that makes it almost useless when trying to record music with it on the phone :( I keep having to unplug it, to listen back to my takes and I can’t sing and hear background music at the same time. Anyone have a solution?

@jvtechtea or anyone else. When connecting the transmitter using the lightning port to the iPhone, how do you get the DJI mic to record in stereo? I see a lot of influences pushing this mic with various camera setups, but no one mentions that it only records in mono when the transmitter is plugged into the iPhone

to record in stereo you have to use both transmitters.

Why it doesn’t turn on/off automatically (like rode) when i turn on/off my camera ? Do i have to turn it on/off separately every time while connected to camera?
