The DNA Bomb is so underwhelming... (25 Kills) 

In Season 4, the DNA Bomb replaced the nuke, and now requires 25 kills instead of 30.
Instead of ending the game, it kills the entire team, like the K.E.M. Strike in COD Ghosts (25 Kills), and then the DNA Bomb from Advanced Warfare (30 Kills). Some of a mixture.
