My brain hurts. What are these three saying? Let's apply a bit of actual logic and some deduction to this scenario. Doc said it was in 2017. I think it was likely closer to the date of the ban, or it makes no sense for them to give the contract. You don't just find out about something that happened 3 years earlier a week after you put that much money on the line. You figure that out LONG before you even make an offer. There is ZERO proof that Doc actually leveraged Mixer it was a fan theory for his ban. Which I'm pretty sure Twitch would have known Mixer was going to file awhile before they actually did. Those type of things aren't really secret from the CEOs of similar companies. There wasn't any NDA Doc could have talked whenever he wanted but, why would he? Knowing what the reason for the ban was, he would have guarded it like the gold in Fort Knox. It's possible the employees were under NDA but, I don't know if they would have been valid in this scenario? Legality is iffy here, though, so they could have been at play. No, Twitch didn't say anything because it would have hurt their bottom-line. Doc was one of the Golden Boys who just got a substantial contract from them and worse... HE DID IT ON TWITCH using their OWN SYSTEMS. They didn't cover for him to help a predator. They covered for a predator to help the hit they would have taken to their money.

Upon further consideration since yesterday, A) the first part of Cody Conners (former twitch employee) accusation has quickly been proven to be correct within days by Dr. Disrespect's statement that he had "inappropriately" communicated on whisper with a "minor." Therefore, it is far more likely the 2nd part of Cody Conners accusation was also correct(that he was "trying to meet up with her at TwitchCon") rather than a lucky guess by a lying ex-employee. B) Secondly, I see now that Dr. Disrespect PLAINLY CONFIRMED that the Cody Conners accusation is the correct accusation from Twitch, when he stated in his twitter statement: "Now that two former twitch employees have publicly disclosed the accusations." There it is, right there Dr. Disrespect plainly admitting that the Twitch accusations have been made public. C) Therefore, Yes, Dr Disrespect double confirmed that Twitch accused him of what Cody ex-Twitch employee Conners stated 5 days ago: that he was "sexting with a minor in...the whispers product" and "trying to meet up with her at TwitchCon". D) Twitch have the whisper chat logs.... Twitch seen the evidence, they booted one of their top money makers after seeing the chat transcripts. Dr. Disrespect confirmed these are the reasons he lost his position at Twitch by admitting that "two former twitch employees" have "publicly disclosed the accusations." He even admitted in his spin that he/her was a "minor", that he was "inappropriate" at moments with the minor, and that whatever he was accurately accused of, that he did "not" have "real intentions" to back up his words with follow-up action.
