On November 3, 2023, the X anniversary summit of the Organization of Turkic States was held in Astana. The Presidents of Kazakhstan, Turkey, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Azerbaijan took part in its work, and Hungary and Turkmenistan acted as observers.
