As a child in the 70s, this song always seemed different and magical to me whenever it played on the radio. There’s still something special and wonderful about it to me!

Excellent! Thanks RS for this wonderful creation, and keeping it mostly original. I sent this to Tyler the Doobie Brother's Road Manager. I'm sure he will send it to Patrick and Tom the two founders of the band. I also sent it to Tom's daughter Lara. I especially love the melodic bluesy background electric guitar work during the "shift change" during the Blackwater funk. -Larry G.

Superb! The bass slide going into the acapella is the absolute perfect transition. Like you, this song has always been magical to me too. It's soothing. Your remix is both soothing and groovy. Makes me wanna close my eyes and sway in the middle of the living room, knowing everything is gonna be alright.

I came searching for you today I don't know how to get a message to you besides this. I came looking for that Bill Withers version of use me you did. Have you ever thought about doing any O'Jays? Like backstabbers? I love music? For the love of money? Used to be my girl? Love Train? Old school Temptations like Papa Was a Rolling Stone.? I'm sorry I'm not trying to be rude or anything. I think you are freaking awesome and I think that music and these songs should not go away. they are timeless , and so are you !
