It's alot quicker and safer using cherry pickers (MEWP) Double connection in the UK is called 3 ply connection or a 'follow on' by the way we use this connection alot over here. Keep changing the skyline brother and be safe!
Using your bar instead helps a little after the first stabbed bolt plus coming off the crane a hair and using the leverage from the bar to stab that second bolt just goes a bit quicker and you know we want that crane cut loose asap haha

When connecting it’s doesn’t matter too much. I always try to stab the piece so it doesn’t have to be flipped. But yeah come bolt up time you wanna have the nut and washer on the flag plate, numbers facing out on both
