He has all DLCs and already finished all characters and plays a heavily modded version of the game. He can try downloading modded characters if he wants, and he also needs to do some challenges... Aside from that, at the time he recorded this stream he was basically done.

He didn't have any way to guarantee Delirium before the R key, and going to the Chest would make him lose the Mega Satan key. He really had no reason to not use R key at that point.
