Quartet of the year ? What year was this ? I’m assuming The Cathedral quartet had already retired.. this is mediocre at best

2002… beating out Gold City among others. So maybe it wasn’t mediocre to a lot of people.

definitely was not mediocre. Dove brothers are one of the greates quartets ever and they’re achievements prove it.

Maybe when Mark and Kirk, or Danny was on the front line, but I would put these guys next to any group out there, and there are many many great groups. BUT You just can not take anything away from these guys. They are the full package. Very balanced vocally, and they use such good singing technique. Yep, doesn’t matter if it is Dave and Jerry singing, or John and Burman, these guys can carry the mail!
