Meet Kyle Landi, a 22-year-old Down Syndrome bodybuilder who's shocking the world with his amazing physique, stunning work ethic, & inspirational story.
Kyle's story is beyond inspirational. After being born with Down Syndrome & 13 holes in his heart, Kyle has faced many obstacles in his life. But he didn't let his diagnosis hold him back. Today, Kyle is a bodybuilder, aspiring model & actor, who is inspiring others with his positive attitude and determination, all while working three jobs.

He faces adversity every day bc he lives with something most of us can’t fathom. Doesn’t seem so spoiled now. If you are unhappy with how your life is just say that. Incredible drive for any person, let alone someone who could have been tragically discouraged by his peers for something out of his control. He's got a great physique, one that I'm sure many people would be envious of, a sparkling example of what drive and determination does for a young man. Speaking as a gym rat, I'd be proud to spot him or just plain grind out a few sets by his side. Respect.

Kyle's story is super inspiring, I have an invisible disability - a physical one, so I feel for when Kyle was asking God to take the down syndrome away. I am also continuing to workout and try not to let my disability define me. At the end of the day, we should all learn to have a work ethic like Kyle!

Having Cerebral Palsy, I really felt the same as Kyle when he prayed for it to go away. I love bodybuilding,and I relate a lot with Kyle and his childhood. Having a disability is challenging but it really helps push myself and what I originally thought I was only capable of. This was amazing to see!

@@jackvannotedown syndrome makes it harder to put on muscle, so for him to put on this amount of muscle with down syndrome. i think thats what the commenter was referring to as “normal standards” since people without the disability may find it easier to add mass & muscle

@@aurik122 @@aurik122 thanks for your viewpoint. You use the term "normal" Id be a little more down with that perhaps. But still it creates a derogatory we who wirk and train with Special Olympics kids as I do at times prefer to avoid. What's actually being implied is that Kyle is "irregular" or in your case its implied he's doing so well despite being "abnormal" These are negative connotationa the athletes don't hold to and we who train them do not condone because it is simply wrong. Just because they content with disease does not make them irregular or abnormal.

Just before I watch this; I'm already saying good for you. I dont even know what exactly Down Syndrome is. I do know what it is to have things like social anxiety. Depression. Lack of esteem. Doubt. Manic. Impostor syndrome. Homelessness. Love. Rejection. And money. And no money. I still take my hat off to anyone who overcomes their own personal hurdles. Thank you for sharing this.

3/21/23 - Kyle looks great and his aspirations so real ! 🙂 Todate, I gym work 6days; and this gym works with a local prominent school for kids with assorted challenges; A young man who graduate from this school is now employed by this gym. He has Down syndrome; He is guided/mentored by the gym manager; For several months till now, he works faithfully and is an earnest employee. And yes like Kyle this young man does gym workout; His mentor is superb supervising his gym workout; I have introduced myself so he knows I acknowledge him and his success. “Tenderness and kindness are not signs of weakness and despair, but manifestations of strength and resolution.” Kahlil Gibran

I dont know about exceeding expectations because if I could bet on whether or not he will achieve all the things he has set out to do, I would definitely bet that he will. After this vid, my expectations for him are that he can and will do everything he wants.
