Super Hero is one of the best dragon ball movies and it gave us one of the most powerful forms Beast Gohan. Don’t you dare talk bad about it.

Bro burned RU-vid HQ the way he didn't cook, Bruh, I'm an Animator, do you have any idea how time consuming animation can be? Us Animators (and Manga Artists) have to spend a lot of time drawing frame by frame and and we CANNOT put detail on our animations because of Time And Budget costs, so we save time by putting very little detail in our dynamic frames but we can put a bit more detail into our freeze frames so in that way animation can be smoother

Imagine the animators taking forever animating the fighting and other stuff how about you try animating better than dbs’s animation and see how hard it is Never cook again bro 🤦

I like both styles, it fits with the story on how the fights used to be more barbaric and gruesome but now it’s more about gods and stuff and they would look divine and clean

The recent broly vs. Goku was the only animation that looks have proper progression align with this modern age.

the 3d while it takes time to get used to gives a better sense of movement and force behind punches and such. while different i don't think that means worse like so many bemoan it to be.

Nah. Ive seen crappy video games before. Super Hero's team put a lot of time and care into making sure the stylized 3D art looked good, and they definitely delivered. I do agree that Super kind of looks mid tho.

It's because Dragon Ball super was mainly a cash grab and did not really focus on quality. Everything was rushed the art style suffered because of it as well as the telling the stories that also suffered and was hindered as well there was no true substance that went into Dragon Ball super. So there's going to be vast differences between Dragon Ball Dragon Ball Z in GT. And the animation of the Dragon Ball franchise of the day because there was no hard work goes back in the old days of the franchise it wasn't solely about cash and making money it was about quality in great storytelling.

DBZ Style? What are you talking about? There is no "Z Style". The art was just Dragon Ball when it comes to the manga, and that art itself was changing as it went on. Halfway through Namek it starts looking more angular and just keeps getting more and more angular (and by default of it being Toriyama more lazy when it came to the overall thing) until it finally ended at Buu. And decent? If you're talking about the first seven sagas then that's arguably the best it ever looked to me. The Saiyan Saga was the last whole saga that looked "good" in my eyes.

Do y'all remember those cheap looking episodes in DBZ? Super is slightly above those to me. Not ro mentioned, just changed up their bodies. Vegeta became slender as hell. Like a slim cut up guy with alot of definition in the muscles, but vegta was swoll as hell. Same with goku, but to a lesser extent. I remember when the broly was coming out and they were saying they wanted ro go back to rhe old DBZ style for it....which is why the broky movie "hit different."

OG Dragonball was fun with humor perfect for the start journey of a character as a kid Dragonball z perrrrrfect for when they get older and more serious arks super is definitely mid imo and the brolly movie should be what super is in the series throughout the series. And yes the gohan movie with beast was definitly a shit video game movie but I’ll take anything dbz since I rarely get it any way. but I do hope they go back to tradition and chyll with experimenting with 3d and let that shit die I’m sorry if you enjoy it but that shit respectfully is garbage 🗑️

I REALLY disagree with the Super Hero assessment. It looks gorgeous for being 100% cg. I don't like the CGI movement of the world either, but its time to accept that hand drawn animation is a dying medium and we need to let it go.

There were many animators for dbz, you can see a lot of different style ans design per episode. Mont noticable is Vegeta's widows pick and face, as well as many characters facecs. Modern DBZ have less experience animators and because of stricker media control, hence you cant see any blood in dbs.
