Reload is not a full-fledged OG Fortnite, but it has transferred its most important feature - simplicity and unpredictability. There are no OP cars, nitro, mythic locations, NPCs, fishing, crafting, point grabs, orders, animals, etc. Exclusively battles between players, which brings the most emotions.
It's always been that way. We're just so used to these later guns that beam. Put a modded combat AR or even the nerfed MK7 against a gold SCAR from early ch1 that did 90+ headshot and the OG gun would lose every time.
Skye's assult rifle was always the same, it's just that: a) other guns are "better" b) pepole can't adapt and are too busy abusing whatever the meta is
AR headshots do 1.5 times damage instead of times 2, like in season 2. Even then, "The scar is awful because I can't laser someone when I'm mid air" is not the great argument Ninja thinks it is.
@@tag4042 It can be ragebait tho. I agree the scar has a spread too awful if you keep moving when shooting, I still use it and stand still while covered. Is the best AR for spraying builds, it has 10 more bullet per mag and does more 1 damage per shot, in squads specially I prefer it.
They honestly need to revert the Scar's bloom to how it was in ch 1 or 2, i dont get why they increased in ch 4 and thought it was a good idea, they just didnt like the ch 1 guns during that chapter, the scar, the rpg, the "pump" aka sharp tooth, changing the sound of the OG Submachine Gun, the neft to Heavy Sniper and Grenades, not to mention all the copies they made of the scar, pump and sypher Sorry for rant giys, pls no hate
The ironic thing about the scar is that in my very first game of reload ever, in the first chest, I got a gold scar, just to die because it wouldnt hit a single shot.
he says Hammer does more DPS.. but that isnt true DPS on the Hammer is 156.6/168.2/174/185.6/191.4 DPS on the Standard AR/Scar is 165/170.5/181.5/192.5/198

It's sad to see that one of the most iconic weapons is no longer that good anymore. And honestly i respect ninja opinion. I sometimes take a gold scar over a gold infantry or i carry both i'm just that delusional.
Your aim was just off, dude. Freeze frame at the end. You were off to the left and down a hair. The Scar has bloom, but that goes down the higher the rarity. Skye's Scar fries people no problem. I've noticed that your aim is more inconsistent than it used to be. Could be age and also going on autopilot for these streams. The Scar is fine, though. Better than most of the current bullet drop AR's in BR.
It has full blanks. No matter how close you are, how directly you aiming, no. Way too much bloom. I rather use infantry, hammer, heavy rifle than that shit
@@ARandomInternetUser08 bro these guns were better in chapter 1 and chapter 2 then got worse. I had better aim with scar in chapter 1 and chapter 2. now i got worse aim with it. These guns aint og weapons anymore. they are nerfed guns
@@Gargentwitchongargee they're literally the same guns. If there was a "nerf", then it wasn't significant, because I notice no difference between them from chapters 1 and 2 and now in Reload. No difference whatsoever. I don't care what people say, everyone's just used to the more modern OP guns which makes the scar pale in comparison. Denial won't change that.
@@Gargentwitchongargee I know right. I feel like pump is also nerfed. In Chapter 1, it used do 150 headshot damage from 5 meters. But you need to get close as you can to hit at least 120 headshot

@@ARandomInternetUser08no it wasn’t. not the striker ar it was the scar from chapter 4 season 1 not chapter 5 season 1. Chapter 4 season one just added the grey, green, blue variants of the scar along with the purple and gold being re-added.
@@xxvip3r_lightning22 again, it's not the same gun. They added a whole new recoil pattern iirc, which the one in reload does not have, which means it's the actual OG scar.
Its epics fault for nerfing the headshot multiplier from 2 to 1.5 and then nerfing the bloom, imo the gold scar should hit for 72 headshot and have less bloom.
