I'm from chile and i never heard this case until now, crazy on how crime is rising an alarming rate of my country and now we're seing dangerous crime organizations pop up everywhere, specially in the capital and the north of chile's territory. Btw i don't think this problem is gonna fix up soon because on how corrupted the system and the government is, the alarming rate of corruption in my country is insane, chile wasn't like this in the past but just now we're experience this madness. (Btw, the south of chile is safer comparable to the capital, and the experience is so nice too, the main problem about this in mainly the capital but those evil people are like everywhere in the country)
