This is an honest anime. They know is not ok to be so perv, so that's why Master Roshi cannot use the flying nimbus. Goku is a really inocent child with pure heart, he has no evil by nature. He do things by ignorance and by love.

The joke about Pilaf is that he is no emperor/king, but his wish is to be the king of the world. However, his henchmen call him emperor besides the reality. Regarding what happens with the dragon balls after you made your wish, it will be explained in a few episodes😊.

I remember having braces. The dentist had arms like Popeye. Large, hairy forearms. The braces I had had a wire with individual caps on each tooth. He broke a few bands tightening it on occasions. Couldn't eat anything afterward. Of course, I swallowed a few of those forearm hairs because my mouth was open the whole time, so eating afterwards was 2nd priority compared to the pain afterward, lol.

Pilaf is just the emperor of those two idiots. He thinks he's emperor just because he has a castle. Also here is a fun fact: The flying Nimbus is called Kintoun in the Japanese version. The creepy music at the end reminded me of Jaws, so this episode came out after Jaws aired in theaters.

Considering about what you said, yes, they are the team rocket for Dragon Ball and Pilaf it is just an emperor for them during that time, Mai was beautiful back then but only focused on serving Pilaf and reparing the radar which you saw that she was trying to make time before the alligator almost eat her because of Pilaf's treat on disposing her.

I've had actual braces with the brackets, and I don't miss them, but I get so many compliments on my smile. When they'd tighten them, all I could eat were mashed potatoes or puree'd things. Rice still hurt and even spaghetti. I think the pain went away after a few days. It's a good way to lose weight though since I couldn't drink soda or eat certain foods.

We're coming up on the end of the first story arc! How exciting is that? Bulma was originally going to wish for a lifetime supply of strawberries before she decided to get the perfect boyfriend, not a great wish either for a rich girl like her, haha.

11:30 bulma's dino caps are lore that even a lot of old fans never noticed, dino caps never show up in manga and anime but Toriyama done special artworks where bulma and goku riding a dinosaur so that's where the dinosaur of the artworks came from

Pilaf has land and a castle, but no subjects. When a wish is made, it’s granted, and random things happens depending on the dragon balls. I’m not sure how you feel about spoilers. 😞

No. You get ONE wish. Afterwards the Dragon Balls will scatter because honestly, the mandatory year they take to recharge really isn't enough time and the entire point of scattering is to buy more rest. Being such difficult-to-find objects that people haven't heard of them because they're not worth going after is the only way this system has lasted this long.

I do not know why the English dub made this significant change regarding Bulma's wish. In the manga and the original Japanese Dub, Bulma's wish is actually for a PERFECT/IDEAL boyfriend. So she can get any boyfriend but it seems this 15/16 years old teenager girl is simply being lazy to get the boyfriend she would like. Omitting this in the English dub completely changes her motive and thus the context, which is why you are confused and which is why in general some people recommend the original languages over translations.

Idk if you’ll see this, but when you get to dbz please watch the Kai version. It is better voice acting, removes filler, and fixes drawn out scenes. Love your stuff
