You've always been 1 of my favorite skimboarders ever since I found your channel back in like 2012. It was one of my goals all the way back in middle school and high school to compete with you guys professionally one day but so far it just hasn't worked out but maybe one day it will. Too bad skim boarding is dead. They missed their mark. Or should i say merk. I remember being so stoked watching bill bryan on vhs tapes. I thought skim boarding was the future. Now it joins rollerblading and scooters in the shadows. No video games. No x games. Just money stubborn board companies and no one with vision. No world tour. No sponsors. Just guys out there living their own dreams on their own dollars. I fully support the joog squad and yall pushing skimboarding into the known. Went to a vero beach skim competition and saw jack win 1st place and got a video of him hitting a back flip off a railing with my older brother lol. Also hit a back flip off a wave for one of his tricks

Fun fact about skim-boarding, it’s always been drama. Especially when it comes to judging. Panama City locals are known for cheating in judging chairs. specifically an up and coming Zap rider. I went to Vilano last year and watched you do that flip trick. All three judges scored you low, because they rode for Zap. This sport has killed itself because people rather get clout and have a win for their buddy. Than actually appreciate the sport. Narcissism has became strong in the sport Skim-USA doesn’t care they’ll let anyone judge. Changing the rules is a stall method. Once the new faces show up and recycle the sport as usual it will always be the same shit show. Always.

The pros need their own tour disassociate from the amateurs and they need paid judges that don’t know the other people that’s the only way it’s gonna be a legitimate sport and I believe like Kelly slaters wave pool could make it all happen man on man will end up with one winner
