This video is on how to style a death hawk with partial dreadlocks. I'll go from start to finish in the tutorial explaining where the death hawk comes from and then how to do it when you have partially dreaded hair. The dreaded death hawk is so dope, so get into it :D. Even if you don't have dreadlocks you can still follow this tutorial, just keep on teasing lower and lower.
I used to style my hair in a death hawk when I was younger back in my punk/goth/groupie days so it's fun to bring it back now that I'm older. Since my hair is partially dreaded (the whole bottom is dreadlocks, minus my undercut) this death hawk tutorial will be showing you how I achieve the look to my best attempt. I love the look of my dreadlocks flowing down my back in this style as they give the death hawk a killer look. I also love it with the fresh shaved undercut :D making me look like a half bald babe.
So go over the whole tutorial-
blow-dry your hair upwards an backwards into the death hawk style with lots of mousse in it.
Tease your hair in little rows and then hairspray them
Run your flat iron over the teased hair then lightly brush out the sections at the roots
Add more hairspray and place your death hawk!!
