But why do I dream in black and white except for me I am in color. My dream. So there has been this repeating nightmare and what happens in it is me and my family step out the front door (sort-of like a superhero) and this happen in random places like in Canada and the U.S. (famous places) but a storm like tones of tornados and a big thunderstorm and I can feel the wind and my family fly's away it goes in order of (we are all holding hands and this happens btw I am holding a handle) my mom then my dad and lastly my younger sister lastly and then I fly away and I wake up screaming. Also, when I try to remember a thing that happened I will use a real situation so when I was kid my parents told me to wear shoes, but I didn't and I walked to the neighbor house and step on glass and so I ran to the house but when I remember this there is a hazy fog and I am in a 3rd person view and I have a rewind button and a fast forward button and a pause button and I can move around as I want. What's your opinion.

I need some tips on what to put in the “what I will do to form a good habit today” box and is it okay to use an app for the “what I think my dream means” If so is there one you recommend. I absolutely love your book it’s gotten me more excited to get outta bed so I can write my dreams but whenever I don’t have a dream i fall back asleep just so I can have one 😂😂

I also had dreamt over and over that I'm in school .... grade school, middle school, high school, college. I never remember the room I'm supposed to be in ... or what floor I should be on .... I never remember the assignments ... I never remember the code on my padlock to my locker.

hey bella, iam writing down this dream because i don't have tiktok. here is the dream, so, me and my mom were taking the bus to go somewhere , and we stop to get some lunch and when we turned back the bus was upside down, me and my mom were still standing near the store and '' i went to ask the driver whats going on '' and he replied'' just get in '' me and my mom were scared and got on the upside down bus and the bus stops at someones house an when me an my mom both got out and after a few seconds my mom went missing and i cant find her. I had a dream about losing all my teeth it was terrifying I felt the pain. Two years later I got all my top teeth taken out due to rot the dentist did not put me to sleep and thenumbing medication did not work very well I felt the same pain from the dream in reality. So brush your teeth use that body Killin fluoride toothpaste or pain is terrible.

I just woke up from a nightmare. Could you or someone else interpret this? TW; shootings I was back at my old school, only briefly as it was the end of the day. I asked my teacher as we were packing up if she had seen the new scream movie, (scream 7). She said she had! And the theater she went to to see it was multi-level. Mine was as well! She had said she was scared and had to stay on the lower levels. I laughed, and said my mom was scared too, so we stayed on the first level. Then, all of a sudden it was night, (i think? this part is fuzzy) and we were in a theater. It was the same theater my dream self had gone to. I was seeing scream 7 again, but alone. There then was a competition going for whoever got to a section first and farted got the entire section all to themselves. I ran around frantically and found many rows that had been claimed before me. Alright, that's fine. (this part gets super vivid.) I was still standing around looking for a seat, when I heard screams and gunshots. I wasn't scared though, in this dream. (Keep in mind I went through a school lockdown, nobody was onsite but I was terrified.) I walked across a level and a guy who had just claimed a section started yelling at me to get down and hide. The person with the gun, (I can't remember what they looked like), was wearing all black. He also had brown hair. He started shooting at me, but nothing hit me. I ran off of the seating levels and found a door. I knocked frantically and opened it, seeing 3 students (from my current school) who I knew and ran to. We hid in there seeing water levels grow slowly. I was 100% freaked out and crying this time. Then I woke up. 🤷‍♀️
