As a dti content creator,this is true. Ive been banned 2 times already for standing up for myself in that game,disappointed in the toxic part of the community.

I'm a Muslim and I always see in servers some random person wears a hijab and acts like a troll and says stuff like "omg look I'm wearing a towel like some stupid Muslim people or whatever u call it lolz" LIKE- WHY?? why can't people learn how to respect other people's religions while still going their way- and I feel super bad for Gigi bc ppl says its her fault when she has nothing to do but again she's still trying as hard as she can-

As someone who’s played dti (since march-april) I can confirm a lot of this is true. The amount of times I’ve seen troll outfits win 1st with people actually COMPLIMENTING THEM. Its ridiculous. And I always feel like the only fair voter in a server. And the community is toxic. SO toxic. Ive seen a lot of drama go down in that game. And to add to the unfair voting I once QUIT dti for a short period of time because I felt like the voting was rigged and horrible

There is one more issue that absolutely DISGUSTS me. I saw some ppl on tiktok making a hack on how to make a pp shirt... and i actually saw Someone do that myself- Like- do they even releaze that this game is targetted for kids? No wonder why kids these days are messed up...

This is kinda true,my 12 yr old sister plays dti and she joined a pro server,she just made her fit and some random b*tch said "wHaT iS tHiS mOnStRosItY" and she told her that if she didn't have anything nice to say she can just shut up, and then she stared arguing with her but the best part is that nobody stood up for her and started being on that b*tch's side and saying that she was a freak,sensitive and a narcissist when they were clearly the narcissist ones,and then she finally revealed that she was 12 and that it was normal for her to be sensitive,but they just started age shaming her and saying that she needed to grow up but then she said that she had feelings and that the game was literally targetted for kids but they didn't care and kept harassing her until she left. She started crying and scratching herself for half an hour and i tried to comfort her but she just kept crying more and more... it was a miracle that she finally decided to tell me that story and i was literally so mad- like- why can't ppl just be kind to each other? Im not saying that this lil pest she argued with can't give an opinion,but seriously? Roasting her fit for no damn reason,harassing her and age shaming her is messed up,she can just say that she doesn't like the fit and tell her to try and get better.. After all,she's a child and children have feelings too... being a teen doesn't mean that you can just bash little kids like that. This world is honestly so messed up.

When is time to vote people is the girl who wear emo i give her 1 star because she doesn't do the theme right. " "HOW DID THEY GOT PLACE MY STYLES IS BETTER!! " And then i said "TRUE IKR" And then when is round 5 the theme is 200's and then that gurl keep styles as emo. so i igrone her and do my styles. And when i go around - around. I saw a person that she wear hijab but she wear hair too! And also wear a show skin clothes" so i started igrone these people and when is time to vote. I vote everyone 3 except these two people. So i got 4th and the show skin gurl got 2nd and the emo gurl got last so i said "UNFAIR WE NEED TO FIX AHHAHHH" And then a server said 'WHY? " So i said "TYM EMMA" So the server got jealous because emma have VIP. So 3 minutes later the server vote me 1 stars, and i didn't know that yet and then i got last at every rounds so i got confused and then after 7 or 6 rounds. I already knew and i said "STOP VOTING ME 1 STARS!! " and the people say "SOO?! No bc one time i was playing dress to impress for the first time (and never again) and there was this theme called "Culture" and i didn't really understand it so i just went with what i wear in my religion aka islam. Nah fr- I legit made an actual funeral outfit (black long dress with a hat on and of course a sad face. Believe me, the whole server only did pink dresses and blonde hairs- AND THEY GOT FIRST- Most of them in chat are saying "You don't wear black in funerals" "You can wear whatever you want at a funeral" And people are agreeing with them- I actually got before last place (9 stars) They should really vote fair, they can be annoying sometimes, but doesn't stop me from playing DTI!

We were quite fair until we met these players, they were absolutely toxic, I even have a video of them, but sadly can't post it because of it's lag.. Anyways, they kept saying how racist I was, and me being a fake muslim. WHEN THEY ARE DOING EXACTLY THAT- They kept on saying "Vote for us 5 stars, if you don't then you're racist" (They were wearing hijab and being black) They kept on insulting my religion. And the audacity- One of them wore an extremely revealing dress while wearing a hijab. That goes crazy. However, my bestfriend defended her self, saying she's black and why would she be racist..They kept on insulting us- Im telling you, if u have anger issues you'd never with them Some of the things they were saying: "ur dumb- like actually" "sharing ur braincell with ur friend goes crazy" "racist racist admit it" "ur not muslim, ur being fake." etc... They're saying Im not muslim while one of them kepts saying "Inshallah" for no reason- Pretty sure they don't know what that means right *God wills* is what it means if your wondering.. They kept on going, until as I said, we eventually left to play mm2.. They really got to me, Im happy I wont be meeting them ever again- Wasted my time with them for nothing... Today, this girl named Viviana was in my server, and she kept saying "ew" to everyone's outfits. (including me and my sisters) and when I stood up for myself (and the people she was saying "ew" to) some girl named Ray joined, and said "girl get over it all she said was ew" and I was just like, standing up to people. As a fashion player I do very agree with this it’s like making an oc that we very worked hard on and we get low stars… also why do players have to be so dramatic about the voting system? Don’t you agree that it is good for choosing a theme even though you can choose your favorite themes, but sometimes people don’t like the voting system so I I think that I will give Gigi an idea! For Gigi (please add the voting system back and make a button that can remove the voting system in your server or not:3)

Here are some of my stories that have happened to me *SEVERAL TIMES* *TW, LONG COMMENT* 1. Rude VIP players- I don't have VIP because I'm not spending almost $10 on a dress up game :sob: I'm playing dress to impress,made an outfit and I go to this girl cuz her fit was cute. I said "hi I like ur fit" or something positive I don't remember. She said "move it" to me with the eye roll emoji (🙄) which is obviously a negative remark. I asked her why the emoji because I thought it was an accident even though if she didn't add the emoji, it would still be rude. She said that she was trying to take pics of her outfit for wtv I forgot the platform. Obviously this is completely fine because I understand it's annoying when u wanna take pics and someone's in front of you. But girl.. Don't be so rude about it.. I simply complimented her outfit wth?? Obviously I'm a little annoyed about this and I said "you could ask nicer next time" and I moved and done my own thing. Then this is the absolute worst part. She goes in the VIP room and says rude stuff like calling me and this other girl broke because we don't have VIP. And this time I knew she was a toxic player. And then this really nice girl comes out of the VIP room and asked me what happened. I told her and she said just stay away from her because she's just mean. I was playing this morning, and the theme was camouflage. I used the Hijab as a head cover, with the dark camo pattern, and got third. I made sure to explain that I wasn’t using the hijab for religious purposes, I was using it as camo equipment. Luckily I didn’t get any hate for it, though. Possibly because my outfit showed no skin, anyway, but still.

As a person who is a big dress to impress fan I think it is very disrespectful to talk bad about Gigi’s work because she worked really hard on everything and it’s perfect but again we can’t have one thing without these dress to impress players always trying to bring everyone’s mood down or saying the game is bad because it’s votes. You know what I hate, the fact people use vitiligo (the skin condition) just for their outfits. People get bullied for vitiligo, and it isn't fair to them if we just use it to look "pretty," like you can use it, but if you just use it for the outfit, and you don't actually have vitiligo, I personally think you shouldn't use it.

You can have that sense of humor but it’s really gross when it’s a children’s game. There might be a seven year old who sees that☹ Also people are racist and it’s so bad that gigi and her team have to remove fun themes like “my worst fear.”

As a dti player i could say it's true because i do see toxic server alots but idk why am i getting lucky that i joined a kind server everytime i play.

Im a dti player and i only started in july so heres my opinion! I might just be lucky but I've only ended up in a toxic server once or twice. The reason a lot of people hated the voting system was bc nobody voted fairly, everyone always voted for the brat themes :( (I didn't hate on The voting themes thing at all, I think it's rather clever since a lot of servers didn't know what some of the themes meant)
