So it’s okay to physically and mentally abuse someone and marry them in the end. The ending was not right, she should have married the doctor and not that sadistic man.

At this point, i honestly wish for a drama where the FL moves on from the ML and lives her life in her own terms, maybe with the 2nd ML. It's heartbreaking to watch a man be with you and wait for you for more than 3 years just so you could accept him and be in love with him.
