Yo Dan on the c8, just an idea if you look in the glove box there should be an SD card slot, go to best buy, get you an SD card, insert it in that slot and that should enable you to use the Corvette's camera like a dash cam. Would be great for when you go to AMP
Ive rebuilt so many salvage vehicles and I have to say, needing an inspection before paint is absurd. However when it comes to modifications, always always always wait until the things street legal. Also wrapping instead of paint will land you a fail where I live, not even photos will save you there. Almost there tho, keep your head up. It'll be worth it.

I think i showed up to the ol diddle it with dano show a little before you hardtailed the one motorcycle and when you built that harley frame. Dan I've been watching you for years and I feel your pain with the meds. I'm currently looking for a new job and its a pain in the ass because I've had type one diabetes for 25 year of my life. I'm 27 by the way. its super hard because I cant just go find a new job because I pretty much need insurance at all times. its crazy that in this county you have to worry about dying because you cant get all of the medications you need to survive. I'm literally stressed out all of the time because I hate my job but I cant leave it. I got a call from a company today and I'm hoping to god I get this job. I really hope you can get the meds you need because its super stressful.

To be fair we live in ga it’s one of the the most rigorous inspections as far as I’ve been told for salvage inspections, luckily I’ve only ran hail cars through which they seem to go pretty easy on

Dan, the grill itself is cool. It’s just the bare plastic look that makes everything look cheap. I have the same one on my 2010 Sierra. I had it paint matched and it looks fantastic!
I will suggest Motohorn brand air horns. Stupid loud (I have two mounted on my Softail), and worthy of being on a truck. Easy to wire up......even for Dan.

Bro, your states inspection process sounds like hell! I live in texas, and it took 5 minutes to have it inspected. I had a check engine light on and a reverse light out, and it still passed. The shop didnt give a shit about a check engine light or one of my reverse lights out. I had it inspected and registered within two hours. This time also included an oil change. This has been such a process for you, and I know it has been hell. I've been watching the whole process and have watched since you were just a young lad being a dickhead with Jake. I pray to all things holy that it passes next go around
State inspections on vehicles are for the most part the biggest crock of BS! It's just a moneygram. Thank God we don't have that in Illinois yet. I think half the vehicles have check engine lights on and guess what... it doesn't matter😊
Hey Dan, idk how you could swing it, but if you can try registering your vehicles in Texas or Lousiana, the laws here are much more relaxed. Also, the only reason I mention this is because my dad used to register some of his vehicles in Louisiana because the laws are a lot less strict. I'm unsure how he swung it, but hey, if he can, I'm sure you can too. Edit: Also the lights on the Mohawk helmet signs pulsating is rather relaxing, this is kinds dumb but could you maybe make a video of literally nothing but the sign pulsating with some chill music in the back? I’m surprised the giant lift isn’t an issue. I was looking online for lifts for my Ram 1500 and a few places wont ship a lift over 2in to Ga. Cause we have some BS rule on it. Glad you are sticking through on it though. Fuck government processes, they always got some shit to fail you
Was looking into states to move to...now that I know you need inspections in GA that state is crossed off the list 👎 Michigan sucks politically but at least we dont need pick it apart inspections.
At this point …. After many years….. It would have cost you less to have found a way to get it registered in a state that wasn’t as tough on inspections. Got a relative In A state that would let you say you live with them ? Or anything other than getting it inspected In Georgia….. such a hassle.

The biggest part of salvage inspections is the state wants to make sure your parts arnt stolen. Im suprised that they care about airbags. That makes them liable for your saftey. Ohio seems much more laxxed

Didn’t work on it because it’s a salvage title? That’s some BS. I work at a Buick/GMC dealership and we work on those all the time. I did a recall on a salvage title Envision two weeks ago.
"Dually failed inspection now what", well... I have a idea, it might sound crazy, buuuut you find a way to trade in the dually and buy a 8X8 APC like a Stryker 8x8, BTR or Pandur II APC... I mean it would one up the Dually and you could then make it into the ultimate Holiday Camper APC... Inspection comes you get to have the inspector confused but also amazed like a child in a toy store.
