@@a.d.3950 Meghan and Harry are ambitious, driven go-getters and global superstars which totally clashes with what you're supposed to be as a senior royal!! Kate is beloved because (and I don't mean this in a disrespectful way) she seems to do exactly what she's told, nothing more. She doesn't come across as an achiever! (Her charity company recently went bust!, conveniently it was all kept silent in the media, imagine if it had been Meghan) She's beautiful, gracious and seem kind but that's it. It's all rather bland! I think the Brits like their Royals to be demure, almost like props. The price to pay for relying on tax payers money! I mean I can imagine being reduced to make milkshake in front of a camera is not the exactly the most exciting and meaningful occupation there is! They seem to be very charming people while remaining, perfect products of the "firm".

@Chanel Fyfe naaahhh it won't be 25 years until William and Catherine take the throne. That would make Prince Charles 100 years old when he was no longer king. His mother looks like she is in better health than him a lot of the time. And through all this mess, I still feel that the majority of the people still have faith in the monarchy. It's been around a long long long time and it will take a lot more than just this situation to shut it down I feel.

I say the same thing. This is William's path. Why can't Harry carve his own path?...regardless who his wife is. I believe that Harry has felt this way for some time; even before Meghan came along. But because she's like him a bit, he made the decision to choose that path.
