I believe. I’m 5’11, could grab rim and sometimes dunk in high school, got lazy in college, and am now back to dunking at 25. Get someone to help you work on your approach as well. You’d be surprised how much extra vert you can get with an aggressive run up with good form.

I did something similar in college, but I'd say I'm more athletic than Hank but same height. I had to up my vert by 6 inches in 6 months and I got there. It's definitely possible!

You need the leaper bro. We had one in our high school weight room. A hydraulic piece of gym equipment that looks like you are doing reverse squats - you jump up into it. I'm only 5'8" and couldn't dunk in HS but my homey introduced me to the leaper and i did it for a few months and graduated from dunking a tennis ball to a volleyball on regular rims - never got a basketball but there you go

If he actually lived the life advertised in the video and stuck with it. The human body can make incredible gains in 8 months. I still doubt he could do it, but that's just because his baseline/starting point is so low. But if he sticks with the routine he'd be shocked at how much better he'd look and feel.
