Great food shots and now you've made me hungry. Original Worcester sauce is a must. One tip is that I find frozen peas have a lot of goodness locked in and they retain flavour well for the final stage. Great work. Yummy
Oh my god, THANK YOU for making this video. Finally a video that is both 100% clear and understandable, visually pleasing, with excellent audio AND does not include incessant blabbing and obnoxious music. This was so incredibly refreshing and I love it. I shall try this recipe shortly.
Really? I thought it was lazy and half assed and used a lot of unnecessary shots for beef stew. Didn't explain anything. And just wants us to use the recipe in the description. Lazy content creator. Interact with your audience and engage them. Its the difference between a couple thousand subs and a million. I'll be goin to cowboy Kent. At least he knows how to talk.
No need for a name calling, not everyone likes someone who wouldn`t stop talking for a second, you need to understand, people a different and so a audiences.
What a pleasure to just watch and not have to put up w/bs banter, bad humor or horrible singing when all I’m looking up is how to follow a recipe (I’m tired of crappy, overpriced restaurants).
I love cooking back when I was 15 my depression was at its worst I started cooking then and I started feeling so much better I was happier and I’m still cooking today I’m 20 now also it looks amazing
In a way, these videos are relaxing. It's snowing in Tennessee, so today it's the beef stew. Tomorrow probably the dutch oven chicken. It's nice to not have someone that can't shut up.
I made this Delicious Stew, I added Chunks of Celery, Corn, Sweet Potatoes instead of White Potatoes & Mushrooms Along with Everything else and It turned Out EXCELLENT. Great Comfort Food 😊✔️
Love this video. I could almost smell the food from my screen. Also nice to see a cooking video where I didn’t see rings on fingers while preparing and cooking food😊
I recently learned that I'm of Dutch decent. I've always loved cooking hardy stews and potato filled dishes. Dutch cooking explains alot of why I cook the way I do. It's in my bloodline!
When I just came across this video and watched it I immediately recognized the quality and effort put not only in the cooking, but also in the video itself as well. You deserve countless times more subscribers, who ever you are please don't give up and continue your work. Eventually you will be noticed by the world of RU-vid foodies like you deserve!
Donc ... Un ragoût de boeuf, carottes, pommes de terre ... Excellent plat roboratif et parfait pour l'hiver !! .... Avec un bon bourgogne ou un bordeaux ... Excellent !! 😄😄👌👌
It's one of the best cooking videos I've seen... Easy to follow, and you didn't say one word!!!...It brought me so much peace while preparing a great recipe!! Thank you!!😊
I made this the other night for the wife and it was sooo good we ate every bit of it. I used Shinerbock beer instead of wine. Simply delicious and easy to make!😋
Tried this recipe today and it was F-A-B-U-L-O-U-S. I am using my cast iron pot every chance I get and this beef turned out quite soft and succulent (as if placed in a pressure cooker). Thank you.
@@Delicious1 I did it! I followed your video. (All but the wine)The stew came out "WUN-DUH-FUL!" as my Brooklyn Momma used to say. Wow! Thank you, so much.💕
So happy to have come across your channel. I love the way you cook delicious food without any useless chattering. This is the first recipe i saw of yours and I will for sure be following you for more. Thank you!
Your video is great, love the crackling of the fireplace in the back ground and the music. It makes the meal even better but we know that it’s going to be good even before you are done. I will keep Watching your videos.
Thank you for your reply 👍🏼 I went and got meat for stew, as I’m writing this I’m in the final stage of finishing the recipe. Than you so much. Plz keep cooking!!!!! 🥰💕
i love this, got a dutch overn for my bday but haven't used it yet. Went to a big Rave this weekend and am still recovering ;D I'm gonna make this and treat my self.
Just made this tonight. Absolutely amazing. A classic taste that's better than anything I've bought or made yet. Very simple, very good. 10/10 Thank you
What kind of red wine do you use? Cabernet, Merlot, something else.. or does literally any red wine work for cooking? I never use wine to cook so when a recipe calls for red or white wine, I never know what kind to use lol
OMG Wow… I am a videographer, so believe me when I tell you, the video work was outstanding… now secondly, I also LOVE to cook… and this video and recipe is outstanding… making it tonight. It is pretty close to how I was taught by my grandmother, so happy to enhance what I do already!!! Well done! I am a new sub!
Oh my heck! I made this and am eating it right now! The only differences are I deglazed with 1/2 cup red wine vinegar and 1/2 cup water, I ended up needing to add an extra cup of water with bouillon before the oven step, I believe I used a little under 3 tblsp. worcestershire and then 2 five fingered pinches of salt. It's perfect!
You have really good (excellent) film quality! I haven't even finished the video yet and I'm amazed... Someone knows what they are doing behind your camera (or two or three) and how to set a mood... You rock!
@@Delicious1 You are so welcome! What warmth, tranquility and confidence (love) you emit.... Straight to my heart as love and my soul as joy (certitude) whole and complete (competent). 🙏 Namaste
@@Delicious1 just bought a dutch oven. So this will be my first dish made with it. And since im a beginner cook its hard to guess for how many people the dishes are(so if you could mention those in the recipies i would thank you alot) anyway... You earned a sub!!
Best of luck with the new dutch oven, you`ll love it! Yes I should put for how many people the dish is 👍, others have been asking too. As a general rule, if it`s a dish like a stew about 0,3-0,4 lbs/150-190g meat per person is fine, if it`s a roast, 0,5-0,6 lbs/250-300g meat per person, remember meat will lose about 25-30 percent of the weight when cooked.
@@Delicious1 my gues was way off. Ended up with 1100g of meat for 4 people. Everyone scooped up twice so it was a big succes. But tommorow we will eat it again with the amount i made haha
Looks sooo delicious. Home made bread would be perfect with this. Just purchased my 1st Dutch oven last week. Is there a substitute for red wine & can it simmer instead of going in the oven? Thanks in advance.
You can use cranberry juice or just beef stock instead of wine. Yes, you can cook it on the stove, just turn it to the lowest you can and stir with a wooden spoon occasionally
